I can't think of a better recommendation for Haruhi-chan than Petit Eva. They're both short parody web series featuring chibi versions of the characters from their anime (cgi too!). They're both school related and quite random. If you're a fan of one, you'll no doubt enjoy the other.
Both are short web series featuring chibi versions of the characters from their anime. Join the characters from each series as they go on their very random and often parody filled adventures. Similar animation, similar humour. Check one out if you liked the other. You should probably watch their relating series first though.

Meanwhile, ZAFT member Shinn Asuka and his team receive orders to break up their enemies by ruining their friendships. To destroy Kira, Athrun, and Lasus' special bond, they'll have to resort to extreme measures: Crossdressing and time travel.

Both of these shows are cute chibi parodies that poke fun at their main series. They also are fairly random and funny and use the same type of humour (except there are no voices used in Petit Eva). I think if you like one, then you'll like the other, although fans of the series would enjoy them more.
Recently, various food-related issues have been plaguing everyone, from Ami’s pudding woes to Yuri-sensei’s curry rejection. In an effort to cheer everyone up, Ryuuji’s foolproof plan is to take them all to a family restaurant. However, with each visit, a chance encounter with Minorin soon turns his plans upside down. Whether the pair ends up in a battle over which is best - spaghetti with meat or seafood - or comparing their knowledge of curry, their time together always manages to be eventful.

They are both parodies of the main series. Characters are drawn in a different way than usual (in Toradora! SOS they are chibi too, even if not 3D) and enjoy the spare time spent together at school or other places. Both parodies have the single purpose of making you laugh.

The warriors who have been warped by the rampaging power of "justice" have been summoned into the world of Xanadu. It's up to Dark Fakt, a former villain, and principal Lappi to reeducate these students.

Both of these series have short episodes and are about taking exsisting characters, making them cuter, and putting them in school together. Neither are very good, but if you're a fan of the original series, you might get a laugh or two.

Both are episode with adorable chibis. Gekihou is more straight forward, while Petit Eva is very random and pointless. Neither series has much relevance, but both are worth a laugh and a chance to watch cute chibis.

Both of these are short-episode anime that have mostly episodic episodes. They also both have a cast of chibi-fied characters that appeared in more serious shows. And of course, they are silly episodes and don't actually reflect the tone or characters their main series are based on. The biggest difference between them is the lack of speaking in Petit Eva. If you liked one, you'd probably like the other.

Both of these shorts are chibi spinn-offs of their original series. They're very similar: Short, chibi, school setting, and goofy! If you liked one, and are fimilar with each franchise, you'd most likely enjoy the other.
