Persona 5 the Animation - Reviews

As someone who's played the game, I don't really see a point, it's basically a compressed version of the story.

If I hadn't played the game though this would be hella confusing at times, as things are often not properly explained, or fleshed out as well as in the game due to the anime's compressed nature. I would also find it very difficult to care for any of the characters, because while in the game you can spend hours of personal time with each one, here they are kinda just thrown in.

In conclusion I would only recommend it for those who want a very short, kinda footnote like version of the story of Persona 5.

 Ah P5 the anime. For those who have played the game, you can tell it is a very squished version of it. Im going to go on a limb here and say that the game looks and feels better, which is obvious, considering most anime counterparts are better, but I have yet to see one this... off in visuals and storytelling than the main game.                        First review, don't judge.

I won't go deep into details, I enjoyed the show and I am sure that everyone could, even those who haven't played the game, I mean the anime feels rushed, or better, the anime IS rushed, plus animation is not that good, some goofs here and there as if nobody cared about quality control, so don't expect the ultimate experience, just sit and have fun.

I am still a fan though, so I watched it and I will probably rewatch it once I get my hands on BD-quality episodes. I am not mad, it's better this than not having the anime, but it's sad that a wonderful game like Persona 5 got a weak adaptation like this, especially when P4 and P3 got god-like anime and movies, so I wonder why they went this way with P5.

if you ove or hate this show it dosnt gonna hide that one is masterpiece definitely for me atleast or for many fans of persona or even shin megami tensei

i saw many ppl saying the anime is hella bad but frankly there is nothing wrong with the adaptation the team work behind the anime did a great job so hating anime not gonna change anything besides that it just so ridiclous how ppl want a show to give em some experience as the game did

i played all persona franchise im not a fanboy sont start throwing your shit on my face but what im trying to say ik the anime missed some stuff but it dosnt change the main plot in the hands the anime made great work to get over 100 hours in 26 ep they cut some scenes but that dosnt matter because the main story stay the same and dont forget the best opening and ending that ever make

Ok so I watched an anime...tht anime is ranked 1385th place....it is called chrome shelled regios....ughh I hated it hated it just no it was awful...so I watched dis anime which is ranked as low as the 3000s not too low but now too high.....this anime is 1000000 times better than chrome shelled regios ok I didnt play the game but dis anime is pretty good I used to think it was bad but it got better when I watched it in English idky I usually prefer the subbed but the dubbed made dis show better for me....I didnt get attached to alot of the charecters I did get attached to ren and maybe one or two others but thts it the charecters weren't tht great the storyline was pretty good tho it could've been more developed.  To me did is way better than chrome shelled regios and also it's way better than dis other anime called hyouka its ranked like in the 500s.....dis anime is way underrated
