Both of these shows are about young insects and their adventures. They're both directed towards a very young audience and therefore have little lessons in them. I'd recommend both to kids (I personally prefer Maya more).

Both of these shows are great for kids. Their main characters are kids, so young viewers can learn lessons alongside BBB and Ashibe as they learn about the world and people around them. They are also both short-form anime.

While I don't think adults would get much enjoyment from either of these shows, if you or your child liked one, I recommend you check out the other.

100% Pascal-sensei (2017)

100% Pascal-sensei (2017)

Pascal-sensei is an elementary school teacher who is so stupid, he cannot even write his own name. He does whatever he likes in his classroom. Plus, by all appearances, he is not human.

Both of these shows are short-form anime that are great for a young audience. They're short, goofy, fun, with a hint of educational messages. While I wouldn't normally recommend either to anyone over 10 years old, if you liked one you'd most likely enjoy the other.

Parappa the Rapper

Parappa the Rapper

Chronicles the misadventures of a rapping dog named Parappa and his very odd friends, which include a blue cat, a talking flower, and a guitar playing lamb.

Both of these are colourful kids shows about a group of friends and their daily adventures in their town. Very casual kids' shows. I think Parappa is better, so if you watched BBB and want an upgrade, check it out.
