This movie is basically Osamu Tezuka on drugs and I enjoyed every second of it. The plot is as generic as it can get, but it somehow works for the tone of the movie. Random characters from Osamu Tezuka's stories are featured throughout even having Black Jack as a main character. The visual gags and slapstick were amazing and the animation was very smooth and pleasing to watch. Definitely watch this if you're a Tezuka fan.
