Naruto Shippuden - Reviews

Niente, fin che la storia girava sull' Akatsuki l'anime mi piaceva molto, finita l'Akatsuki (l'originale) ho perso molto interesse per Shippuden.
Resta comunque un bell'anime da guardare. 

This is one of the first anime i watched and it could have been my favourite too but there are too many flaws.

The characters

The female cast is quite trash and badly written except one but the some of the male cast are absolute masterpiece but the author did many of them dirty by making them indirectly useless and irrelevant to the story after sometime. Many characters are just unrealistic and unnecessary the good written characters i found were-

KAKASHI HATAKE (who is quite unrealistic but he is a good written character and is the character who the public would definitely adore due to his cool aura that surrounds and the ability to keep calm and make anything seem good or cool)

SASUKE UCHIHA( i really liked his character when i first watched naruto it had only been a month that i had started watching anime and i found him annoying and bad just like everyone else but after re-watching Naruto again just 2 weeks ago i realised he is one of the best written characters in anime and is quite misunderstood too. His character is quite realistic and he has very sad and good backstory and the saying revenge makes people blind absolutely suits him the author did a good job writing him and portraying his emotions before i didn't realised he is a good written character is because i hadn't thought about his side of story from his perspective and i can definitely say that he is the best written character in naruto the only downside of his character was that he changed his mind in the emd and he didn't had a good goal after half the war.)

OBITO UCHIHA (he is a good written character and has a good character development with an amazing backstory too or the best backstory in Naruto but his motivation is quite weak and unrealistic he is a good written character but there are some major flaws in his character but I won't write that here as it contains some spoilers)

MADARA UCHIHA (this is your typical cool boss who planned everything from the start and who the public treats like a god i can see why everyone likes him and i too can agree that he is the most badass character in naruto and I won't really write about him because u should experience his character in the anime urself).

Many other characters like-

NARUTO UZUMAKI(he is an ok written character he is like ur typical shounen protagonist and has a very unrealistic character he is the most famous character in the series because of his backstory which i found was ok and i was very confused about his intelligence like sometimes it would seem like he is absolutely dumb but sometimes it would seem like he is quite intelligent and i found this a very bad move by the author and his forgiving nature has ruined some important moments in the show too and one thing i wanted to clear about his character was that he isn't ur typical hardworking protagonist but I can't seem to understand people who say that he worked his way up and got powerful because he worked hard as that is entirely wrong because he is powerful only because of his luck and other people)

ROCK LEE(he is the character who was defined by hardwork in the og naruto but in shippuden this guy didn't get any screentime and was totally unnecessary in shippuden along with some more of the konoha og characters. The term 'wasted potential' is absolutely perfect for him as it really shows how he could have been a cold side character but was absolutely ruined by the story and the author)

SHIKAMARU NARA(This guy could have been so good if he had more screentime and was stronger his arc is quite amazing and the tactics he comes up with are absolutely amazing the only downside to his character are him being weak and having less screentime)

TSUNADE (The only good female character i found in the entire series she is quite good written and has a good and sad backstory but her being hokage with gambling addiction and being alcoholic ruined her character yeah it was good for comedic purposes but if she didn't had those things she could been much better)

SHINO ABURAME(this guys could have been so good and one of the coldest side characters in the entire series but he is quite forgettable and the amount of screentime he has is very low too and because of that i forgot what i wanted to write about him)

Unnecessary or useless character i found were-

SAKURA HARUNO(yeah call me a hater or whatever u like but it is a fact that she is a very bad written character in the show. Her being in love with a guy who rejected her way too many times and who tried to kill her is just unrealistic and annoying Her entire character is about being in love with a guy and hating on the other guys who like her and sometimes when they showed us that she is trying to improve her abilities and doesn't want to be useless are just futile attempts and the author really did her dirty)

CHOJI AKiMICHI(just like rock lee he was a good character in the og naruto but in shippuden he became useless he did have some relevance to the story but his character was completely ruined and was shit in shippuden)

KIBA INUZUKA(bruuh like wtf was the point of this character 😹😹 bro is an absolute joke in the entire series and is useless than sakura if he didn't had the strong sense of smell bro daydreams about being the hokage and trash talks others for having the same dream without realising that he himself is quite trash)

Most of the female cast like tenten,ino,karin and many more are just very bad.

And these are the characters i felt writing about.

I would have given the characters a 4 out of 10 but because of sasuke, Kakashi and obito i will leave the score at 6

Story

The story of shippuden is quite average and has a writing and there are some flaws like some cliches but the main problem with the show was that the people who are committing crimes for years would become good because the protagonist talked to them like bruuh u r telling me that the villians only needed someone to talk to??😑😑 This is the main and the major flaw about the story but the rest is ok except the fillers in between which u can skip.

Animation

The animation is ok but sometimes it absolute trash👎. The pain arc was ruined by the animation and the animation could have been better considering naruto has more budget than other anime which have better animation than this.

Soundtrack

The soundtrack is the best thing about the show and i absolutely love it. The music is good and relaxing and if u can understand the lyrics it's even better.

Conclusion

The show deserves the spot in the big 3 but there are many flaws in it but that couldn't be overlooked tbh. It isn't really the best show out there but it is worth the time. The fandom of this absolute trash like they trash good characters and makes the same old jokes again and again and according to them this is the best show of all time but it is not i bet they probably haven't even watched any other good shows too. 

 this has more filling than double stuffed oreos. i literally couldnt continue cuz i was like "wtf b im trying to see a storyline here" it has good characters, the music can be better tho and the animation, yeah, acceptable. the problem is the filling. 

NB: Recommended to watch Naruto before Shippuden. Because this is a continuation if did not know :)

Naruto has been out for years for as long as I know but I never intended to watch it. Everywhere I go and talk with people about anime they will know about Naruto, both those who watches anime and those who dont. My thoughts were quite ignorant and I judged it for being overrated and being popular because its a long watching series, thats all. Until last summer where I binge-watched this B*cth within 2-3weeks. And I can swear to you, it was a beautiful journey where I felt so sad that it ended. I regret somehow, and even wish I tried it earlier. No sugarcoating! Dont let the earlier episodes animation lure you to drop out because the quality is a little low, if you compare it to those high quality anime series NOW. Ok enough rambling about how good it is :)

The good:
Story 10:
The more you watch it the better and better it will be. No point in this series where the excitment, storyline, and pace drops down. Even at the begnning was already very good. I cant believe the author made this story where all the stuff connected to each other and gave meaning without being forced. I myself believe there is no plotholes, only amazing writing and how the characters interwines with the story so much.

Character 9:
Sooo many amazing character with deep and amazing background. You will get the feels and sadness for them, even though you have not seen much of them. Cool, cute, amazing made characters in this series, where you will enjoy the good and bad characters. The reason for why I gave it a 9 instead of 10 is because when most of them are that amazing, those with a little less character or personality, with background will fall down the list very low. You might even dislike som of them cause they feel so useless compare to the others character you know or like.

Sound 10:
The voice acting here is top notch, all of them are suitable for their character. And I love the way whenever they call out for their jutsu. The music in here is legendary for me. From epic, emotional, sadness and sorrow to happiness or the feeling of nostalgia. Beautiful made and brings out the act of the very scene very well. You are gonna be a fan of the music even when you have not watched naruto yet.

Art/animation 9:
When I give the art 9/10 I am being a little bias here, cause sometimes you can notice the quality is not always top notch or even that good. Sometimes its amazing animation and quality. Other times you can notice the difference of this epiosde and that ep, thats the problem, when Im nitpicking. And the earlier episodes have not that great art if you compare it to the later episodes. Of couse it should be understandable since its older, so its a good thing that there is improvement.

The bad:
Nothing is perfect and I can tell even to my most favorite anime is not. Naruto has it flaws and that is the the bad thing. Lets call out for those jutsus
1. Filler jutsu, as fans calls it. Naruto its quite well known for being the king of it. And the amount of it is massive, thats a whopping 44% filler, if I have not recalled it wrong. Some of it was nice to have, but sometimes its downright cruel when you are in the middle of something big and they take you on for a 30 eps journey of filler. Good thing its finished so you can just skip over those, I recommend to watch some of it though, if you are a hardcore fan. And it may give you mor estory to some characters you like. 
2. Flashback jutsu. The use of flashback in here sometimes brings out tears of sadness and feels that hits you right in the face. But on other occasions when they show you the flashback of something so many times, it will lose it purpose. I think that was the shame of it on smaller occasions. Other times when flashback is used because the producers are perhaps scared that the viewers have forgotten scenes that they have watched for some episodes back or the ones you JUST WATCHED. And they show you the characters remembering the memories, the bad thing in this is that it has happened before where the character uses A WHOLE EP for that purpose. Thats enough complaining.

Overall 10:
I mean overall this was a wonderful anime, and I want to share this happiness and joy to as many as I could. I recommend this to be watched in your lfetime, and its strongly recommended by a very picky person. Pardon me if there are some grammar mistakes :) Do take me serious though :D

An anime that to me screams Character Development! <3

So first you watch Naruto when they were kids, Sasuke decides to leave the village forever and Naruto tries to bring him back. The two face off in a climactic showdown, but Sasuke comes out as the victor.

Now you watch Naruto Shippuden, and they aren't kids anymore, they're more grown up. You follow both Naruto and Sasuke's story as they aim to reach their own personal goals and see their fates collide once more.

Also I think in the first episode already we jump right into the action. The Akatsuki terrorist group that you may remember from the first series Naruto is back and two new Akatsuki members are introduced. The Akatsuki is already a big deal and then you meet two more and you're like "Oh my god, what will their unique jutsu be, just how strong are they".

The moment those two Akatsuki members showed up I got hyped. I realized they aren't kids anymore, the ninja we follow. They're grown up, it's more serious now, jutsu more powerful, ...HYPE!!

The anime is pretty long which makes for a good story, many adventures, many fights, new discoveries of one's past etc.

In Naruto, you know Sasuke is after vengeance for his family, looking for his brother. It takes a good while in Naruto Shippuden when it finally happens...the confrontation...the rematch...OOOOOO!!!! (sorry) They're just so good at building up for that moment. Also when they finally showed us the birth of Naruto...the attack on the village, what happened?! MY GOD <3

Also, this anime isn't scared to let go of 'good characters', allies who we followed for some time. We saw their journey throughout the series, and when the end is knocking and they start showing those flashbacks, final revelations....the FEELS!!!! <3 I'd be a liar if I didn't shed a tear here and there.

One thing that bothers me a little though is fillers...filler episodes, they're out there, and there are quite a few. Can be interesting if you want to see 'extra story' about characters, but apart from that it's a bit annoying to me. Buuuuuut if you are planning to watch it now and haven't seen it yet ever, you can skip all those fillers and just happily continue with the story episodes :)

Anyway that'll be all....In short: Great character development, lots of cool fights, the feels! Great anime
