curently watching the english dub which only has 5 episodes out right now, i believe the sub has 7 episodes right now, but im loving it so far! it is a bit jarring at first to see shiori have giant breats and being that short in size. nothing wrong with that combination just caught me off gaurd when they first introduced the charater. but speaking of characters everyone is lovable. even tho the manager is obsessed with playing cupid they wrote him in a way to where it dosent come off as creepy or stalkerish. well at least by anime standards. personally im not one to support dating inside the workspace but this anime dose a great job at making it slow and steady instead of just "go out with me cause plot". so far every relationship, be it for work or for friends, seems very healthy and realistic by anime standards. i also love that the fan service is very mild as well as used properly. never feels out of place in the scenes its used in.  like all my reviews this will be subject to change once the anime is finished. if you dont mind wating for the next episode then i highly reccomend checking out this anime.  update: english dub now has 8 episodes and sub has 10 episodes

The most wholesome "ecchi" anime ever! I honestly didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I have. (currently airing, 1 episode to go) The FL is short, but mature, she doesn't look like a child, so that's a plus. She's well endowed, but she's kinda "thick" so her body isn't that exaggerated to the point it's not believable. The ML is younger then her and they have a senpai/kohai relationship. (Refreshing that the senpai is a women for a change.) They are absolutely adorable together, clearly both attracted to the other but aware of their workplace roles and hesitant to overstep what's appropriate.  I saw another review (on the manga) compare this to "my senpai is annoying". I liked this a lot better then that one, the girl there was younger and really looked like a child. Everyone treated her like a child and she was very childish (although protesting she wasn't and then proving them right) Plus the senpai was enormous. Like I worry he will break her if they ever do get together.  Back to My tiny senpai, FL is cute with her love of cats, but has a mothering side as well. ML is a sweet caring guy, who likes her without objectifying her.  Even the secondary characters are great. The boss is kinda like us, the viewers, hoping for the main ship to sail (he's my favorite) and there's a love interest for him as well, but he seems to enjoy playing Cupid and rooting for everyone around him.  I would honestly adore a second season I loved it so much, though I know that's pretty unlikely.  If a wholesome workplace romance show, with a little fan service sounds interesting to you, you should definitely not miss out on this.
