Both try to set up the people who are in love with them with others in the harem.

If you enjoyed watching My Next Life as a Villainess because the female main character for both anime died and was reincarnated into another world. In the world, they got reincarnated into they have secrets or something that they don't wanna tell anyone. And They both have problems and worries in the world they are in.

Both shows where MC lives in an isekai for a few years before remembering she's from our world, both MCs use game logic, and both MCs braking the world accidently. 

Also both shows are really funny. 

Both shows have a reincartation of a girl from modern day earth who ends up in a world of magic and they constantly overthink and plot their lives in order to survive/ avoid being discovered. 

Both main characters are transferred to another world. They both make friends along the way, and they both have "rivals" who they later on in the story makes friends with too.
