Not really worth watching, but it is worth something to those who love 100% completions. Pros: Not much, it delves into the individuals more so than a usual episode. Cons: Boring recap of the series. ~SPOILERS~ None really just a recap of season 1.

This is basically a recap of My Hero Academia Season 1. Do not watch until completing Season 1.

This is basically a review or recap of what happened in season 1 of My Hero Academia its useful if its been a while since you've seen the 1st season and your about to watch the 2nd season but you don't want to go back and watch all of those episodes again, its a good SHORT recap.
