They both have ML who are thoughtful and awkward with Gyaru girls. Gives the same vibe. Comedy and romance laced together.

An opposites attract love story! Nerdy guy, flashy girl, lots of ecchi situations. The lead in Dress Up Darling is less of a tsudere, and so if that is your thing, your milage may vary.

Both are romance animes which a hint of ecchi but not too much. Both are actually quite wholesome.

Toradora!

Toradora!

Ryuuji Takasu has an eventful life: his classmates think he's a delinquent due to his 'killer' eyes; his crush Minori seems ever out of reach; and he’s just had an unfortunate encounter with 'palm-sized Taiga' – a feisty and dainty wench in his class. With different cleaning habits and tempers, the two clash like night and day; that is, except for the fact that Taiga and Ryuuji have crushes on the other's good friend! With school rumors abounding, the duo must now work together to play matchmaker for each other. Who will end up with their true love?

Like Toradora, Fuukoi features a passive, nerdy guy and a percocious, tsundere girl romance. They even share the "If you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours" initial premise. They are the only people who can help each other get the one they really want... at least at first. Both have elements of a live-in lover storyline, even if Toradora does not technically count.

Well obviously both of the anime have a very similar trope where the main character has a girl he likes and the main girl has a guy she likes and they try and help each other in order to get with the other person etc.

Both of these anime deal with new relationships being formed through the implementation of some form of government sanctioned marriage - real marriage in the case of Love & Lies and practice marrage for school credit in the case of More than a married couple, but not lovers.

Starting with a similar premise they also model similar character/relationship developments since the MC is forced to choose between his childhood/longstanding crush and the woman that he was matched with. Both feature an internal struggle for the MC and his love interests as they learn more about each other and their feeling grow to match.

Aside from the, you know, incest, the dynamics of the main couple are similar. The nerdy but dependable male lead puts up with the attitude and violence of the lead female, not initially considering a romance. However, the characters warm up to each other. Some tension is added by a love triangle.

The story line and set up is similar, but More than a Married Couple is a lot more ridiculous and a lot more ecchi and there's several love triangles happening. I think The Angel Next Door is much much better, but it is slower, more innocent, and more straightforward.  Basically, The Angel Next Door is the voluntary green light version.
