All Kenji wanted was to become a professional baseball player. But when his coach suggests that he look into the world of boat racing, the boy quickly throws himself into the sport. Alongside other racers such as Hiroshi, Kenji will now train and drive his heart out in an attempt to reach his goal: to be Japan's number one boat racer!
