Mobile Suit Gundam I - Reviews

Mobile Suit Gundam 1 was definitely in need of being edited down, a shortened version would have been nice.  The politics of this movie are so strangely coloured, like they still have to harp back to ww2 days. The characters: main character for the earth federation especially are in need of more polishing, yes also it's clear they are the allies/ western powers.

The best thing about this movie was the animation. But I turned this thing off when it started to feel like they were attacking the Nazis too much. As it seems the Zeon were like a pin cushion, excuse to attack the nazis

(Spoiler) they betrayed each other?? They can't leave it alone with their WW2 propaganda. Consequently for aforementioned reasons it was a harder then it needed to be to watch.
