Both have psychic protagonists who show little to no emotion, also both are comedy anime, saiki K is less plot focused that MP100 however, and MP100 shows slightly more character development

if you're seeking psychic comedy where there's a chance the fourth wall is going to be broken then look no further than these two anime. both main characters have issues with emotions, for out of control emotions can lead to some serious dangers to the world. never a dull ride with these two.
