Never has a piece of company propaganda make me want to work for them. The story of a female protagonist with no ambitions, suddenly gets what she is after with admiring her managers work ethic.
Though the attractive customers walking in and getting their food is unrealistic to American standards in Japan it is probably normal.
Everyone smiles without giving a thought that they are most definitely getting paid under $8 an hour. I got to admit the animation is top notch and the love story between the MC and her fast-food job is amazing.
To be frank, I thought it was a Yuri between her and the manager but then the manager suddenly left to go to university then to a better higher paying job leaving the MC alone smiling opening the restaurant to make another batch of French fries.
The only thing I had a problem with was the Mcflurry machine was working.
For being a promotional short - I think it's great. They definitely didn't slack on any part of the short, it even had a little story!
Regardless of what I know working at McDonald's can be like in real life - the promotional short definitely did its job of making me want to work at McDonald's!
