Memoirs of Amorous Gentlemen - Reviews

I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. I've seen a few "commercials" for manga, including full length OVAs and movies, but none of them ever managed to make me interested in checking out their source. Until this one. Being only 4 minutes long, it's short, but straight to the point, presenting a handful of storylines in a strangely captivating matter. The simple animation only helps set the mood, along with the fitting music. So, in short, it's not any anime masterpiece, but (at least with me) it succeeded in getting its job done, getting me interested in the manga.
