Kappei is your normal run of the mill delinquent lad, riding motorcycles and trying to gain leadership of a gang. When fighting with a rival, they are both attacked by a strange creature! Fleeing to his Grandfather's nearby sea rig, Kappei is knocked into the water and is rescued by a giant spaceship piloted by his grandparents. Before he can figure out what is going on, he finds himself in the mighty Zam-bird, fighting against the monster that attacked him - a mecha-boost of the planet-destroying Gaizok! Kappei isn't the only one in his family who ends up with a giant robot, though; his cousin Uchuta pilots the Zambull and Keiko pilots the Zambase. Together, the three of them can transform into the Invincible Superman Zambot 3!

While searching for an unknown menace, a submarine is attacked by a giant sea monster! Getter Robo G is dispatched, but has little effect. The monster, a dragonsaurus from prehistoric times, is also attacking oil tankers. The Japanese Government assembles a Super Robot Army of Getter Robo G, Great Mazinger, Grendizer and Double Spazzer to fight the dragonsaurus, but things take a further turn for the worse when comrade in arms Boss Borot gets himself swallowed by the beast. Can even the combined might of the Super Robot Army free Boss Borot and defeat the dragonsaurus before it reaches Japan?

Evil aliens known as the Boazanians have invaded Earth, easily defeating all of its conventional military defenses. However, all is not lost: Japan has been secretly developing a mighty weapon – the powerful robot known as Voltes V! This massive mecha is made up of five combat vehicles, three of which are piloted by the sons of Voltes V's inventor; and when the evil Boazanians attack, the five vehicles combine to crush the invaders’ newest evil plot while using their mighty laser sword to slice the enemy robots in two!

In the present, students like the motorcycle-loving Kenji Kusanagi have little knowledge of these events, except what they learn in history books. However, when Himika and her Phantom Gods appear once more, Kenji finds himself in the middle of the battle - and a cockpit. Now, as the pilot of the mecha Jeeg, Kenji and a few unlikely classmates must battle the forces of evil and save the world!

Akira and Raideen must now defend Earth from the Demon Empire and its fossil beasts, while trying to find and rescue his father. Fortunately they do not have to struggle alone; Akira’s friends and great scientists will aid in his quest to put a stop to the Demon Empire, once and for all!

After the battle, Kazuya finds a mysterious woman who has lost her memory – but little does he know that this woman is really the sister of the enemy leader Richter, and little does Richter know that his sister will soon fall in love with his sworn enemy. Determined to win, Richter repeatedly sends his robotic champions against Earth, but Kazuya always manages to fend them off with the help of his karate skills, the mighty Daimos, and sometimes with help from his friends. The invaders want Earth for themselves, Kazuya wants to be with the woman he loves, and Erika is torn between her brother and her lover; only time will tell who will be victorious.
