Maryuu Senki - Reviews

The ova is about the reincarnation of the four gods each based on a chinese constellation, the story per se is not very interesting and it is basically guy wants to save girl from bad guy. The fights are very short but bloody. The animation is good, a little bit better than the average weekly tv episode of your average anime of the time. The characters are very simplistic and based on the chinese myth I explained earlier. The sound is just there, you never really listen to it because it does not catch your attention whatsoever. Overall, I would recommend this anime only if you really have nothing better to watch.
