Both shows revolve around "dolls" or androids that have human features and are generally used as sex workers/slaves though this isn't the only use for them in Parasite Dolls as they work as anything. While the animation is very different the plots are kinda the same but things are reversed. Humans are the ones put down in malice doll where androids are in that situation in Parasite Dolls. If you love robots and futeristic thinking along with a little or a lot of sex check one out if you liked the other.

Belladonna of Sadness

Belladonna of Sadness

In medieval Europe, the peasants Jeanne and Jean are in love. But when they finally decide to marry, Jean discovers he is required to pay a tax to the baron; and having insufficient means to pay, Jeanne is raped by the baron instead. After this traumatizing event, Jeanne is drawn by the Devil into a forbidden, occult world of power and lust. Witchcraft, orgies, assaults and surrealism abound in this erotic, psychedelic arthouse film.

I still have no idea what to make of either of these titles. Malice@Doll ultimately was too exploitative and shamelessly pornographic for my tastes, although where one draws the line between that and Belladonna is both entirely imaginary and likely only exists in my head.

Anyway, deeply disturbing twisted anime involving rape and violence and a reasonably striking visual style (moreso in Belladonna); to the extent either title has an appeal, it is an appeal they share with each other.

Midori

Midori

Midori is a young girl who sells flowers until her mother dies, leaving her an orphan. She’s conned by a freak show manager into joining his troupe, but once there she sees a shocking variety of deformed people and is occasionally the victim of their depravity. Midori’s situation changes, however, when a mysterious dwarf with a unique magical act joins the freak show. This dwarf is able to put himself through a bottleneck into a glass jar – and that is not the extent of his powers. Midori falls in love with the dwarf, but his ambitions and jealousy will have further unpleasant consequences...

Deeply unsettling anime titles with perverse and disturbing sexual activity, combined with a sensibility that's obstensibly arty. The actual plots have little in common - Malice@Doll is Serial Experiments Lain meets tentacle rape, while Midori is about unsettling experiences within a freakshow - but they both arguably appeal to the same small niche.

Serial Experiments Lain

Serial Experiments Lain

"I have only abandoned my body, I still live here" - are the words emailed to friends of Chisa, several days after her death by suicide. As Lain delves deeper into the world of the "Wired" (also known as the internet), the line between it and reality becomes more and more unclear. Close the world, open the nExt.

Both anime are influenced by cyberpunk, both visually and thematically. Both protagonists have different incarnations, and this leads them to have identity crisises. However, malice@doll gravitates more to hentai.

Both are bleak cyberpunkish titles with similar aesthetics and bizarre imagery. Both have a female cyborg/android for a lead char having to face her adversaries and make sense of her inner feelings. BRS:DF is more chaotic in comparison.

Vexille: 2077 Isolation of Japan

Vexille: 2077 Isolation of Japan

Disturbed by Japan’s emergence as the de facto world leader in robotics, the United Nations instituted an international treaty requiring stringent regulations. When vocal objections failed to overturn the decision, Japan chose to withdraw from the UN and vanished from world view in a self-imposed isolation made possible by an impenetrable electromagnetic barrier. Now, ten years later in 2067, the only means of contact between Japan and the world belongs to Daiwa Heavy Industries, a powerful corporation monopolizing the world’s robotics market. The uneasy truce comes under question when SWORD, a U.S. special forces unit, finds disturbing evidence that Japan may have sinister designs for the rest of the world. SWORD must now infiltrate Japan to separate fact from fiction, but is anyone prepared for the truth?

Love Like Aliens

Love Like Aliens

In a future not too far from now, humanity has advanced to a point where the line between Homo Sapiens and Androids have blurred completely. This has occurred so that the species could survive. Technology has allowed humans to travel into deep space to colonize other planets and galaxies deep in the universe because Earth has become uninhabitable. One of the many unfortunate results of this robotic Darwinism is that human behavior and consciousness has also changed over the years. Much of what makes one human -- love, family, intimacy etc., have all become things of the past. Almost legend...
