When Haruka, Makoto, Nagisa and Rin were in elementary school, they swam together in a relay race and won the match. As Rin was on his way to Australia to train to become an Olympic champion, the gang decided to bury their trophy in a time capsule and retrieve it when they all had grown up. There's a high probability that if you're watching either Pillow Boys or Free, you're not doing so for the sleeping banter (PB) or the sports (Free). Let's be honest, you're in it for the fanservice; so even though these titles are completely different, they both deliver (to varying degrees). Pillow Boys inundates you with cheesy, best-effort smutty lines and bedroom eyes, and Free is pretty much a nonstop bare, muscular chests extravaganza.
Cute boys? Check. In a variety pack of personalities? Check. Made for women to ogle hotties? Check. While the two series are vastly different in terms of plot, length, and general amount of clothing, not are definitely geared for male fanservice.
A P.O.V. anime where you are the protagonist. You are the new manager for the apartment building where 3 guys live as roommates!

Room Mate basicaly chose 3 types of man and put them in the same appartment as you.
Makura no Danshi put 12 different boys in each episode so you can't "spend" much time with them but it's basically the same.
+ both are POV anime.
Both are short length episode series that are in a 1st person point of view (well, partially in Room Mate's case). Both feature a bunch of hot guys (3 in Room Mate, 12 in Makura no Danshi) and both have plenty of fanservice (more so in Room Mate). The same target audience will probably like both.
You are the protagonist. A new project in virtual anime from SMIRAL Animation that also brought you the "Anitore" series and "Makuranodanshi." This time, the project is about 3 stories that develop in your (one) room.

Both are POV series designed for a quick pick-me-up story of flirty romance and sensual fanservice. Neither series has any plot to them, and it really feels more like watching a dating sim.
Both of these shows are POV series ,in which the viewer 'interacts' with the characters within the series. It Usually usually ment to be in a romantic light.
These series are basically the the same. The only main differences are just that each series features two different sexes.
Pillow Boys features male characters while One Room features female characters.
One Room also focuses on one character for multiple episodes unlike Pillow Boys (for the most part).
