Guys, this is a PARODY- the fourth wall will be broken. Look at this anime like you would Gintama; it's a parody of many tired tropes in the industry, except instead of shounen tropes, they're shoujo ones.

Think of all the classic features in shoujo anime throughout the ages, a heroine that is an underdog, an unrequited love interest, yakuza, magical girls, a gay best friend (maybe?), and now switch them around a bit, and now you have Mahou Shoujo Ore.

What I enjoyed the most about it though was that despite it being a satire, the anime does follow a somewhat sensible plot progression with a unique and commiserable villan who adds some emotional depth. It's funny, it can be sweet, it has some character development, and it's just fun to watch.

I'm in tears, honestly, this anime is perfect for what this anime represents. If it were you standard anime that took itself seriously I would be much stricter but this is a parody and a damn good one.

I have a weird taste in comedy sometimes, but my favorite things are parodies. When this show came out I was in love. Every episode has it's perks in my opinion. When it first was coming out I watched the first three or four episodes over and over because I thought it was adorable and hilarious.

It's silly to say, "It was made bad on purpose." It's clearly a comedy and parody of all stereotypical shoujo, idol, and magical girl anime mixed in with harem and reverse harem anime. It makes fun of how dramatic anime is in general. The anime does not take itself seriously... while making it seem as though it does...

It had the perfect villian, unique set of characters, simple plot, and perfect sweet twist. It's all I could ask for, so I do recommend this show for those softies looking for a dumb-funny and cute show.

Also note that the animation on the last episode was PURPOSELY done badly in some shots for the climax/plot of the show.

And it was hilarious.

How to describe this one. Either you'll like it or hate it. I hated it, until the studio admitted that it was made bad on purpose. The story it self centers around two girl who become magical beefy boys. And they fight demons that look like across between teddy bears and Anold Schawenegger.

The jokes are lame. The characters are just as lame. The animation is sub par and get worse towards the end. The sound is average. If would bad aine this one is for you. They took the thing that you should do in producing anime and did them. This is one fine P.O.S. It has the potential of becoming a cult classic.

This anime is AMAZING. I'm in love with it as much as it made me feel loved.

First of all, it's hella funny, like hilarious. They break the fourth wall like nobody, uses repetition, some cliché overused but using them again anyway, pointing out obvious things that no one talks about because at some point we all agreed that "even if it's not normal we will consider it normal because it's almost always done" and their humour is on👏point👏 period.👏

I laughed so much and felt so at ease, also the love triangle? Square? Polypter? Idk? It's perfect, every and each character make it worth it.

I recommend it SOOOO much, I'll never say it enough.

Go watch it, it's crazy funny, do not hesitate.
