Mahou Sensou rather is poor, and for some reason I keep drifting back to thinking about why soul eater is a million times better while struggling through this mess. Not that they share a lot in common other then the otherworldly air to it... i keep coming back to how soul eater does everything better then this show. (and i'm not even a fan of soul eater)
Well its just because Souleater is awesome and regardless of what you watch I think everyone should see it!!
"Tattoos" - ancient weapons that drastically enhance the physical abilities of their users, known as the "Sealed," allowing them to bring forth supernatural phenomena when activated through the charging of the user's own unique "trigger." When Justice Akatsuka (a.k.a. "Seigi") saves a man from some street punks, the man gives him a strange stone as a token of gratitude. The moment Seigi accepts it, a mysterious tattoo appears on his palm. And so the battle begins, framed by a web of conspiracies and centering around Justice Akatsuka, the boy who obtained a "tattoo" by complete chance.

They have a lot Ecchi and Action content
The MC gets dragged into secret war between two sides" comes into play.
Supernatural power Awakens as they learn how to control their powers later on in the story.
This shows are both urban magic based shows that have horrible endings that are just plain confusing and boring to watch through-out.
In a world where magic is a reality, the young Louise is at the bottom of her class. Dubbed "Zero" by her classmates at Tristein Academy (due to her zero success rate for magic), Louise (along with all first year students) was charged with summoning a familiar; and instead of a cute magical creature, the familiar arrived in the form of... Saito Hiraga, a normal Japanese boy who was abruptly teleported from his own world?! Can both Louise and Saito come to terms with their new and complicated "relationship" and (more importantly) help Saito find a way home?

both about non-magical boy being sucked into a magical girl's world with minor romance/harem side plots, that said this will be a one way recomendation, as ZnT is much better then Mahou Sensou
Pride, Envy, Wrath, Sloth, Greed, Gluttony, Lust. These are the seven sins laid upon seven girls who rule over Biblia Academy. To retake his world, the boy decides he must control these sins... The boy, Arata Kasuga, has had the world he knows by a mysterious "Collapse Phenomenon", and his cousin Hijiri disappears into another dimension. To understand the Collapse Phenomenon and win back his cousin, he comes to Biblia Academy. There he finds the seven girls and their sins.
Both shows are set in a magic school that is not in the ''regular'' world and both stories are based on something that could destroy the world. Both shows have multiple girls chasing the main character.
Trinity Seven is like a lvl 10 Mahou Sensou though. But if you like magic and magic academies, both shows have it.
Shinichiro Asano is a penniless high school student who decides to look for a job in order to pay his rent. His teacher suggests that he find work doing housekeeping. Just seem really similar. Character design etc............(rest is for 100 characters including this so yeah)
He awoke, and the world was changed. The familiar high school now teaches magic, encouraging students to become the greatest magicians they can be. Beyond the city limits, wandering magical beasts prey on humans. An advanced scientific world changed into one with advanced magic. Yet, what has not changed was the same teacher who looks upon him with disdain, the same students who look upon him with contempt, the same father who struggles at the bottom rung of society, and the same innocent step sister who cannot walk...

This maybe the closest thing to Quanzhi Fashi. In both cases, the main character is warped to an alternate but similar world dominated by magic and ends up going to a magic school to learn to use it and fight enemies. The main character in both is powerful with a unqiue and rare type of magic ability.
Hazuki Kagimura is a normal girl who is usually alone. Her relationship with her new family is not going so well, so she retreats every day to the world of stories and books. One day, after school, one of the library's bookshelves sends her to another world with a magic school, where she meets Shizuka Tsuchimikado. She finds out that girls (called "mädchen") who attend the school are selected by old fairy tales and folk stories to wield their magic, and are taught how to wield it in the school. The school has girls who are chosen by such stories as Kaguya-hime no Monogatari, Issun-bōshi, Der Freischütz, Shuten-dōji, The Little Matchstick Girl, The Gigantic Turnip, Arthurian legends, and The Ramayana. Hazuki herself is chosen by the Cinderella story. She begins her new life at the school to become a magic user, and be friends with Shizuka.
The Arnold Academy of Magic is a school for the elite...and Ray White is just your ordinary guy. In fact, he doesn't seem particularly skilled with magic at all, and is a bit of a klutz. Which is why he has nothing to do with the rumor that one of the great magicians, the Iceblade Sorcerer, is a member of the incoming class...right?
