Satisfying Conclusion?❌ (with no continuation)Emotional?❌Actual Romance?❌Actual Comedy?❌Fanservice/Nudity?❌What is this anime?We watch this show from the perspective of Innumael, a delivery worker who got caught up in a smuggling incident and has no choice but to aid criminals, as well as from the perspective of Leocadio, an Empire soldier. Their meeting sparks a quest of finding out the truth about mutant monsters spawning more frequently in the past years, as well as a mysterious disease caused by disasters of the past.Did I enjoy it?I dropped it a few years ago, since the beginning was a little slow and nothing much was happening except for good guys chasing bad guys around. But as the story began to get more complex and mysteries were slowly unraveling, it became more entertaining and I found myself wanting to know how everything ends. The characters are nothing special. You can predict the exact personality type they have by the first line that exits their mouth. As I said, however, the plotline seems to be its strong suit. However, supreme disappointment occured when I finished episode 12 and we are in the middle of the story. Upon research, this show was based or made for a game adaptation on mobile. The game takes place 20 years (so i've heard) after the show, which feels wrong since the anime leaves off in a pretty important spot. Even if you'd like to continue in the mobile game, its services were shut down in 2021. So as of this point, the show with no conclusion seems to be its final state. As such, I cannot recommend it unless you hate yourself or want to imagine up your own continuation to the story.
