When Inspector Zenigata is removed from the Lupin case, and replaced by a mercenary named Kiss, the two team together to get his job back, and to keep Lupin from danger. Lupin, however, is far more concerned about being broke than he is about being the target of a notorious killer. After stealing a nuclear sub from the USSR, and a beautiful Russian scientist, Lupin plots to use his newly acquired loot to infiltrate a secret group called Shot Shell as a clever ruse to rob them blind!

After pulling off a heist at a Swiss Bank, Lupin is celebrating with Fujiko over a bottle of champagne – that is, until she tries to ditch him in the middle of the evening, snatching away a set of papers from the pile of loot. Fujiko then reveals that she only told Lupin to rob the bank so that she could get her hands on The Columbus Files, a document that points to the whereabouts of Columbus's greatest treasure: The Columbus Egg. However before she can say more, the pair is interrupted by a gang of armed men who also want the files. Rather than let them fall into enemy hands, Fujiko destroys the papers, claiming she has memorized them; however, she then falls off a cliff and loses her memory. Now, with the only clues to the treasure inside Fujiko’s mind, Lupin must keep her safe, find a way to unlock her memories, and find the treasure first!

Lupin’s latest target is the Naraka Tathagata, a small Buddhist statue which holds the key to finding an even bigger catch: Fujin, the phantom treasure of the Fuma ninja clan. After snagging his loot the mysterious Morgana interrupts Lupin’s escape and takes the avatar for himself, tragically killing the hapless Zenigata in the process. Now Lupin intends to finish the job that Asuka – a descendant of the Fuma Clan – asked him to complete. With a horde of strong ninja to fight off and Fujiko getting in the way at every turn, Lupin, Jigen and Goemon must now work with Asuka to stop Morgana from locating Fujin before anyone else, but it won’t be an easy ride...

Lupin and Jigen were flying home from a diamond heist one day when they ran into Fujiko and a young girl she is escorting. Soon the plane is hijacked, and the perpetrators escape with not only the girl, but also Lupin’s diamond! As it turns out, Fujiko was planning on stealing the book of Nostradamus’ prophecies from the vault of the girl’s rich father – and the kidnappers, the mysterious Nostradamus sect, are after the same prize. Lupin and the gang must now find a way to break into the vault, steal the book, and save the girl at the same time!

After Goemon is attacked by a group of ninjas who desired his Zansetsu sword, Lupin, Jigen and Goemon part ways. Lupin and Jigen’s next adventure takes them to Hong Kong, where they meet the Mafia boss Chin Chin Chu. He informs the duo of an extremely valuable Dragon figurine he wishes to obtain, and he requires Lupin and Jigen’s help to get it. However, acquiring the statue will prove difficult for two reasons: it’s currently located at the bottom of the Atlantic in the remains of the Titanic, and it’s an heirloom of Goemon’s clan. Now, Goemon will stop at nothing to retrieve the statue and keep its secret hidden, even if it means fighting against his own friends.
