Lupin’s current target: a key to a certain server facility. Once obtained, the information of all the customers and their funds from the world’s largest online bank will be in Lupin’s hands. There, they find the developer of the security system of the bank: Amlita. Lupin and Jigen successfully capture Amlita and bring her to their hideout. However, almost immediately upon their arrival, Zenigata and his men surround the place. Being at a loss as to why their location was exposed so easily, they discover an online show going viral. The show’s name: "Arrest Lupin III."

Now the real and the fake Lupins must battle it out to see who can get to the diamond first and who is most worthy of the Lupin name, all the whilst trying to avoid the relentless Zenigata who still vows to arrest Lupin – that is, if he can figure out which one is real!

After snagging his loot the mysterious Morgana interrupts Lupin’s escape and takes the avatar for himself, tragically killing the hapless Zenigata in the process. Now Lupin intends to finish the job that Asuka – a descendant of the Fuma Clan – asked him to complete. With a horde of strong ninja to fight off and Fujiko getting in the way at every turn, Lupin, Jigen and Goemon must now work with Asuka to stop Morgana from locating Fujin before anyone else, but it won’t be an easy ride...

In Shahalta, a tiny European city-state floating in the sky has had no contact with the outside world for a number of years. The government has went from a monarchy to a republic, and to celebrate the occasion, a national treasure exhibition is being held. Lupin decides to infiltrate the exhibition to steal the secret royal treasures, only to find out that a gang of air pirates snatch the treasure first.

At an auction in New York City, Lupin tries his hand at winning a ring; but after being outbid by one dollar, he decides to steal it instead! The ring contains a secret to the whereabouts of a legendary brooch that is known to have been in the possession of the world’s most infamous dictators – and Lupin wants the treasure for himself. However, when he is forced to hand the ring over to an armed man working for the Bank of World, Lupin follows him to track it down. Now, with Jigen seeking revenge, Goemon requiring funds, Fujiko aiming to regain the money conned out of her, and Lupin wanting to get to the brooch, the group must work together to take on the Bank of World and fulfil their goals.

The Tokugawa family fortune was hidden away at the end of the Edo period and today would be worth trillions of dollars. Such a large prize is naturally appealing to Lupin, who wants to get his hands on it, but there’s a problem – no one knows where the fortune is hidden! The only way Lupin can find the treasure is to obtain two glass plate photos that have the location of the loot etched into them. However, Jigen has a cavity and isn’t on top form, and Goemon’s sword was stolen, so this won’t be an easy job. Plus, to top it all off, Lupin isn’t the only one after the photos; just what does the businessman Michael Suzuki want with the photos, and is the secret they hold really as simple as a treasure map?

Lupin and Jigen were flying home from a diamond heist one day when they ran into Fujiko and a young girl she is escorting. Soon the plane is hijacked, and the perpetrators escape with not only the girl, but also Lupin’s diamond! As it turns out, Fujiko was planning on stealing the book of Nostradamus’ prophecies from the vault of the girl’s rich father – and the kidnappers, the mysterious Nostradamus sect, are after the same prize. Lupin and the gang must now find a way to break into the vault, steal the book, and save the girl at the same time!
