This is absolutely my FAVORITE anime. I'm a sucker for romance and the comedy just makes it so much better. I found out about this when I was in 5th grade (I'm a freshman in college now). I've adored it ever since! I can watch it about a million times if I had the time to do so LOL.

Story: It did it for me! :p it made me laugh and it made me cry. I thought the story was unique. Definitely not your usual school life type of anime!
Animation: Maybe not the best possible animation but the facial expressions were priceless!
Sound: Also good. i liked the opening theme.
Characters: The two main characters were amazing and it did not take long at all to get close to them. I loved their humor and i loved how they cared for one another and were willing to work things out.
Overall: I will highly recommend this anime to anyone wanting to see no cheesy romance but rather a romantic-comic relief type anime. It was amusing and it kept me going..well i have to admit i pulled an allnighter on that one. I was curious to see how things will progress. The ending was also cool! i was not dissapointed at all! So if you haven't seen it yet, go for it! :)

It's rom-com style anime with lots of funny moments in them. The overexaggerated facial expression is one of the main attraction to keep me entertained. It's funny, unique and wholesome.

From a man's point of view. The series was pretty good until she confess's to him then it got wierd. A beautiful fun girl that you already like as a friend confess's to you and you put her off even though she keeps trying and you like being with her. He come's off as an Idiot (her acurate words) and she comes off as desperate. I couldn't take the change and ended up leaving the series. Early on it had great potential but I did not like the wrap up.

Lovely Complex was one of my first animes and its still my absolute favorite!! I reccomend it 10/10 especially if you are looking for that type of love that also makes you both laugh and cry!
I loved the characters in all their ways and as I said before I would definitely reccomend this :)
