Love Love?'s great comic style matches Lovely Complex in so many ways. If you are not simply watching Love Love? for the animated nudity, but for the story, then LoveCom's humorous romance will make you melt. LoveCom is a sweet story of two kids so similar that they hate each other, but over time they realize that their hate is not only unjustified, but has turned into love. It is sugary sweet at times, heartbreaking at others, just dramatic enough to not be a comedy, and just funny enough to not be a drama. This is a great show for all anime fans who aren't simply looking for girls or fighting! If you liked Love Love?, you'll likely enjoy LoveCom!

Da Capo

Da Capo

It is in this magical atmosphere that Asakura Junnichi lives, and when he dreams he travels to the dreams of others, rather than have any of his own. Promises, and magic, and love -- Junnichi seems to dream about every girl he knows, but which girl dreams of him...?

The girls in Love Love and Da Capo have the same types of personalities and the stories are very similar to each other. They both focus on a school related romance between a certain set of characters. They are also both harem-focused with all the different types of personalities meshing together. Love Love has more ecchi in it than Da Capo does but there is an undertone of sexual content in both.

Girl's High

Girl's High

A Japanese high school can be a strange place – or so it’s been told. However, as critical thinking is not the strong point of our freshman heroine Eriko, even the most outrageous stories are likely to come true. Going through the motions of high school life with a flair and panache that can only be gawked at, Eriko and her old and new friends set a new (low) standard for the typical coming of age drama. Cry with them as they fight adversity and learn the importance of trust and friendship in this cruel, cruel world; laugh with them during the incomparable happiness of the seemingly never-ending springtime of youth; and finally, laugh AT them, when they constantly manage to show their panties in public!

Where Love Love is a more harem-based anime, High School Girls is an anime more for a purely comedic aspect. Both series have a great deal of ecchi in them and the girls are very similar to each other. There is a multitude of personalities displayed between the girls. Both are very comedic and are fun to watch for their sexual humorous sides.

I''s Pure

I''s Pure

It's Christmas Eve and Ichitaka, with his friend Yasuo, await a double date. While waiting for Iori and Nami, Ichitaka reminisces about his experience with his life-long crush Iori. There were many opportunities to finally confess his love to Iori, especially the time when the two were selected to arrange the freshman entrance ceremony; but Ichitaka was either too shy or often misunderstood. There is a great deal of ecchi in both series, and the stories focus on high school issues and sexual content. I's Pure is featured as more of a one-on-one romantic aspect whereas Love Love is a harem anime with all of the girls vying for the guy's attention.

Green Green

Green Green

Deep in the mountains, isolated from civilization, there is a boys-only school that will finally be receiving its first class of girls in an attempt to transform the school into a co-ed one. Most of the boys have never been in contact with girls of their own age, leading to an explosion of hormonal craziness. From the sickeningly perverted fetishist guys, to a rather odd girl that seems to be chasing the most normal guy in the school for reasons known only to her, there's twisted humor to be had.

Love Love and Green Green while both series titled the same word twice that is not the only similarity in the series. Both involve a great deal of ecchi mixed with drama. A school setting is thrown into the mix and both are harem type and invole great amounts of comedy.

You are of course looking for a deep and ethically complex anime with profound issues. Profound, big, heaving, panting, bouncing issues.

I'm sorry, my mind drifted.

Well, these titles are humourous, and also ecchi. It is entirely possible if you liked one you may like the other. Then again, perhaps not, but worth a shot, no?

Both are near borderline hentai series and are extremely hard to watch if you're not into heavy ecchi, I mean seriously who in the world comes up with these things. The characters in both are extremely bland and overall are just part of a very bad series. But I guess if you actually enjoyed one then you might want to try the other...
