Toradora!

Ryuuji Takasu has an eventful life: his classmates think he's a delinquent due to his 'killer' eyes; his crush Minori seems ever out of reach; and he’s just had an unfortunate encounter with 'palm-sized Taiga' – a feisty and dainty wench in his class. With different cleaning habits and tempers, the two clash like night and day; that is, except for the fact that Taiga and Ryuuji have crushes on the other's good friend! With school rumors abounding, the duo must now work together to play matchmaker for each other. Who will end up with their true love?

Toradora is also a primarily Slice of Life Anime just like Chuunibyou. There seem to be lots of similarities among the characters too. So it's obvious that if you like the characters from Chuunibyou, you're bound to fall in love with Toradora characters too.

SPOILER

There's this lead couple that seems highly unlikely to be in a romantic relationship at first because of the crushes they have on some other people. They become good friends though, hanging out each other's house all time. And then slowly, somewhere along the lines of helping each other out with their crushes, they begin to fall in love with each other.

Another very common thing in both is a relatively mature girl who at first helps out the hopeless characters with their love lives.

Although there might be similar themes in both of them, they are both entirely unique. The stories are not even cliched or alike even in the slightest.

The thing I like about both of them is that they are both totally original in their themes and there hasn't been any anime like either of them.

So if you liked Chuunibyou, Toradora is a must watch. And if you like Toradora, Chuunibyou is a must watch. The masterpieces of Slice of Life <3

This is a must watch for all Toradora fans. The best Slice of Life I have ever seen. I feel like the characters have a lot in common. Although the story is uniquely different, it still feels like there are many things that are the same. Love this anime.

White Album 2

White Album 2

Third-year student and guitarist Haruki Kitahara wants nothing more than his Light Music Club to play at his upcoming, final school festival. But soon, the other members quit, and Haruki resigns himself to playing one last solo jam session in the now-empty practice room. As he strums the chords of his favorite song "White Album", Setsuna, the school idol with an amazing voice, and Touma, an extraordinarily talented pianist, suddenly join the performance from an adjacent classroom and atop the roof, and Haruki becomes determined to keep the club going. Though one of the girls would rather avoid the spotlight and the other is a loner, Haruki’s passion wins them over and they agree to join. Now, with the performance date fast approaching, the trio spends all of their time together practicing, learning the joys of friendship, and the heartache that comes from falling in love with the same person...

Both anime share a love triangle, and they're excuted with near perfection. Chuunibyou Ren is a light hearted rom com with a touch of fantasy while White Album 2 takes it's self very seriously.

Aura: Koga Maryuin's Last War

Aura: Koga Maryuin's Last War

Ichirou Satou used to spend his life dreaming, pretending to be a great fantasy hero. Pretend heroics aren't much protection from bullies and social ridicule, however, and ultimately his worried family was forced to transfer him to a new school. Now determined to follow a different path and fit in, Ichirou thought he'd managed to give up his old fantasies. Until he encountered Ryouko Satou, who's even more deeply immersed in her own imaginary world than Ichirou was. And bullied just as cruelly for it. If he stands up for Ryouko, Ichirou could destroy the new life he's trying to build. But at the same time, the intensity of her fantasies and predicament reminds him all too vividly of the person he once was. And, in the end, it may just be that the only one who can really rescue this damsel in distress is the dream hero that Ichirou thought he had buried forever in AURA.

I have also made a recommendation between Aura and the first series of Chuunibyou and the reasons for this recommendation is pretty much the same, the story between the two are quite similar in both storyline and characters. A delusional girl meets a boy who is trying to get away form his awkward past, then the boy gets involves and goes back to his delusional self from some time before and then helps the girl sort of story. The second series of chuunibyou is very similar to the first so this recommendation is pretty much the same, same reasons and explanations. So I say if you enjoyed the chuunibyou story then Aura is a good watch for you and vise versa.

Tenkousaki no Seiso Karen na Bishoujo ga, Mukashi Danshi to Omotte Issho ni Asonda Osananajimi datta Ken

At the end of a summer when Hayato was a child, he made a promise to his precious (male) friend. 7 years later, Hayato transferred to a high school in the city and met his childhood friend again, who had become a... neat and pretty girl! Haruki, known as The Takamine Flower of her class, smiles innocently at Hayato with the face of a brat when they are alone, trades lunches in empty classrooms, plays games together at home… But she turns red when he makes fun of her and treats her like a girl. It’s cute. The country and the city, the boy and the girl, the grown-up mind and body. If there are things that have changed while they were apart, there are also feelings and promises that have yet to be changed.

Or so I thought... but Kachi has a boyfriend?! Seeing me depressed, my friend ever since we were little who's cute, cheerful, and loves to look after others, Shida Kuroha... who also apparently had no problem telling me that she likes me for some reason just suggested, "Let's get revenge."
