If you're looking for anime similar to KY-kei JC Kuuki-chan, you might like these titles.
Kanae, Marimo, Nasuno and Yuri are four friends who make up a tennis club at school. Whether they're going to a bakery to eat cakes, wrestling Yuri's panties from Marimo's mouth or actually playing tennis for once, the girls always manage to have a fun time in the process.

There's plenty of fun to be had in one typical high school. Whether the popular and egotistical Megumi showers Masamune in kisses, or the feisty Emika pummels the poor and loving Kyousuke with her fists, there's never a dull day amongst these friends!

While Kuukichan is much more random, both of these short anime are high school comedies with low budget animation. If you enjoyed one, you may enjoy the other.
Of all the residents of Osaka who lead interesting lives just by living normally, by far the most interesting of them all is the "Osaka Momma." A little sister with this sort of "Osaka Momma" personality has just moved to Tokyo to live with her brother after living apart for ten years!
While Oosaka Okan is much more 'normal' compared to the complete randomness of Kuukichan, I get a similar vibe from both. They're both about high school age teens, where the boy is normal, but the girl is unusual. If you liked one, try the other!
Ditzy Nana, fujoshi Chiwa, idol wannabe Kaeru, and goth groupie Kai are single salarywomen in their upper 20s, but just because the friends have jobs to juggle doesn’t mean they can’t also have fun! By spending their weekends and free time going on awkward group dates, imagining ridiculous yaoi scenarios, and flirting with ultra-buff bodybuilders, the women are sure to have a great time and create plenty of memories in the process!
The year is 40XX, and the place is the distant Jinmen planet. From his office, a passionate human-faced dog (who’s secretly a NEET) works as a detective, offering free advice to other dogs that visit him. But as he rarely ever has visitors, the canine instead passes the time interacting with his chihuahua sister and other friends, debating the merits of social networks, watching Dog Tube for the latest idol videos and trying to convince Maltese to not mark his territory in his doorway.
