I'm not normally into sport anime but I am so happy I gave this a go. I absolutely love it! I love how they created a new and unique style that Kuroko (the MC) uses and how it doesn't always go their way. I love how each of the characters have their own special skill that they keep improving on and adding cool moves to. I love the animation and how they add a pizzazz to it to make it look awsome! I definitely reccomend this anime to everyone.

This is a really good anime. I love this anime because it has a really good story line to it. I love that the main characters have one main goal that they have to get to. Although I don't like that sometimes there are some "filler" kind of episodes because it just disrups the flow of the main story line. The animation of this anime is so awesomely epic. I love the details of the characters and the scenary. I like the songs that they have in this anime. I also love the voices of some of the characters. I love most of the character because they are really awesome people. But there are some characters that I don't like and they should just disaper and never come back.

I was told about this anime from a friend, and was all like nope no way I will never watch a sport anime since I find watching sport in real life pretty boring but boy was I wrong.

Story (includes spoilers): Kuroko no Basuke starts off with  a group of high schoolers who have pretty much nothing in common except a passion for basketball, and being inspired by the "generation of miracles" a similar group of highschoolers from a Team called Teiko with each memnber having a unique ability, alomist like a super power to bring to the table. From here the anime delves into their lives at striving to become the best of japan with action packed and heated matches at every corner.

Animation: This is the sole reason why I watch the anime instead of reading the manga. It's just amazing. Every single movement on the court it almost coordinated so that it feels like you are watching the game in person. The quick shifts- every little detail just adds in so much  tension. Looking at it from an art perspetive, it also adds up- the main characters are pretty noticeable with bright colours. Come to think of it this anime pretty much ticks the boxes for colour aswell. Even the court looks stunning- and the rest of Japan.

Sound: The openings by Grandreo really gel with the anime, building up hype and making the anime feel inspiring to watch.

Characters: This is probably why I love KnB the most. Each of the characters have their own backstory- their own likes/dislikes and it even impacts on how they play the game. You even pick up on the little things like everyones nickname for a certain person or nostalgia from the past. I even grew to like you know those side character bench warmers a little. There's also that one main character where they don't make a full debut, but you continue watching just to figure out their story.

Overall, I tried to make the review as spoiler free as possible since it would be ruining what I think is one of the best animes out there. There's just something about this anime I can't directly point my finger to (maybe it's just the suspense) that keeps me watching. Even if you are not a fan of sports or barely play like me this anime may make you change your mind forever- I mean its even inspired people to play basketball.

A friend of mine recommended this anime and I thought I would not like it as I am not into sports so much. However, after watching one single episode, I was hooked. Then I watched the entire two seasons within a week! Usually it takes me a bit longer to get sucked into the story but this grabbed me right away. Story: Highschool Seiren acquires some new players for their basketball team, one called Kuroko (the sixth phantom member of the Generation of Miracles) and the other is Kagami - who learned how to play basketball in America. They both want to make a strong team and become number one in Japan, like the others in Seirins team. The interaction between the characters is well thought out, logical and it has a lot of funny moments, but above all exciting moments. Even though I kind of knew they had to win a certain game, they manage to keep me at the tip of my seat, wondering if they really will and, if so, how. The animation is beautiful, with powerful bursts and powerful looking men. All in all I enjoyed this anime so much, I just had to share my opinion and to recommend it. This is the first time I leave a review on an anime, but this deserves it. Waiting for season 3 @ march 2015!

Kuroko's Basketball is one of the animes I'm watching right now because I really like sports anime. To be honest, I d0n't really like it. For me, it is not really as good as what I thought it would be. It is all about basketball but it doesn't really show much of their matches with other schools. It just mostly show a part or just a glimpse of their games. Also if you would compare it to Haikyuu which is also a sports anime but about volleyball, Kuroko's Basketball have lots of scenes where no character speaks and they just put music. So yeahhh, for my opinion, Haikyuu is and will always be way better than this. Even if I'm not really a player of volleyball and seldomly watches volleyball games, the anime just caught my interest unlike Kuroko's Basketball. I'm still on Season 1 but it already bore me. I'm sorry but it just didn't really met my expectations and I think there are better sports anime than this like Haikyuu! and Free!. It is nothing ike those. Sorry to those who love this but I just really think it's nothing like other animes.

... And also, no Basketball game ends with a tie... there will always be an overtime...
