Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Episode 6 - Yu Ishigami Wants to Live / Chika Fujiwara Wants to Test You / Kaguya Wants to Be Noticed

Yu Ishigami is the fourth member of the student council. Despite being a first-year, he was scouted out by Shirogane for his talent with numbers and appointed the council's treasurer. Owing to Yu's introverted personality, he normally doesn't stand out much, but the council would fall apart without him. But one day, Yu goes to Shirogane and confesses his desire to quit the group. In fact, his mind is made up, even though Shirogane desperately tries to persuade him to stay. Apparently, the situation is beyond Yu's control, but with a tear in his eye, he explains to the president that he thinks he's being targeted for murder...

Honestly, I love both of these anime at the moment. I'm sitting here watching Kaguya-Sama and I just can't stop comparing it to MTRC-SNAFU because they're both so good. Kaguya-Sama and MTRC-SNAFU both take a Tsundere v.s Tsundere plot and turn it into something unique and enjoyable. MRTC-SNAFU takes a more realistic, and worldly view of romance and adds its own twist, while Kaguya-Sama is more fictional with its romantic "boxing" matches. I love both of these anime and would recomend this both ways. (^-^)

This! I dunno what other people think but this right here is almost the same ish. Watch Both these animes if you like Either of them.

Concord Concord says

Both anime focus heavily on character interaction, Kagua-Sama is more light-hearted and more cute-sy whereas Oregairu is also cutesy at times but more serious overall.

I seriously love both and if you like either one of these (and haven't watched the other), you'll find yourself loving them both!

Toradora!

Toradora!

Ryuuji Takasu has an eventful life: his classmates think he's a delinquent due to his 'killer' eyes; his crush Minori seems ever out of reach; and he’s just had an unfortunate encounter with 'palm-sized Taiga' – a feisty and dainty wench in his class. With different cleaning habits and tempers, the two clash like night and day; that is, except for...

Both Toradora & Kaguya-Sama are Romance-Comedy Slice of Life Anim with very similar situational comedy

Both feature dueling protagonists while both the male protagonist are considered “scary & mean” despite being actually nice and sensitiv and the Female Protagonists are both shy girls with anger and family issues

The Female Protagonist’s best friend are both very goofy, cheerful and energetic, instant favorites to both audiences.

At their core, the will they-won’t they romance is center stage and the protagonists are very easy to like so you’ll be engaged and rooting for them very soon into watching.

Toradora is what I would call the introduction to Roscommon. These anime aren't that similar, but I think anyone who appreciates Toradora will enjoy Love is War.

Sybille Sybille says

If you like tsunderes and the "will they, won't they" narrative, then you'll kind of enjoy both; that's the main thing they have in common. Toradora! is a tiny bit more dramatic than Love is War and also the characters of the first are more developed, but if you don't mind that, you'll probably enjoy both (;

They both involve playing mind games with their love interest. Both the female protagonists are very tsundere. They are also very prideful which makes them even more tsundere to the love interest. In all they are both funny animes that have similar, but at the same time different plots and characters.
