If you're looking for anime similar to Jujutsu Kaisen, you might like these titles.
Bloodthirsty demons lurk in the woods, and nobody dares to venture out at night, save for the demon slayer of legend. Surviving in this harsh world, young Tanjirou takes it upon himself to protect his family–until the day that everything is taken from him in a vicious slaughter. Now, all he has left is his sister, and she’s not even human anymore.
It's absolutely amazing! They're both awesome and a must-watch! All of my friends that like demon slayer also enjoy watching jujutsu kaisen!! Including me!! I definitely recommend!! So the people who like jujutsu kaisen will also no doubt fall in love demon slayer!!
Both are action Shōnen anime with likable main characters. Both male leads are a bit air-headed and honest. The art style is beautiful as well, and the voice acting is amazing.
They both have amazing animation, well choreographed fight scenes, lovable protagonists, and end goals that we can't wait to see fullfilled.
i like both there really good and both have like some what magic involved and i love magic anime
Both are shonen anime, so they're pretty easy to compare from the start. Both have excellent animation and choreographed fight scenes, the main characters are fairly likeable. The plot for Demon Slayer is more compelling to me but both are pretty strong. A bonus for me is neither really has the stereotypical pervy side character. If you like one, you'll almost certainly like the other.
Both shows are Shōnen and it involves fighting demons and both have very eager to help and nice protagonists. Both shows also have very hyped fight scenes and many likable characters
these both have these weird imaginary demon creatures so why not. Writing this to reach the 100 character mark
Both Animes have high action, plot, and art. While different they both have to do with demons of a sort. All the characters are loveable and Justified even if they are antagonists
Both of these shows are amazing; they are both about killing demons, they both have main characters that aren't exactly OP, but are way stronger than average.
Both are stories of protagonists who have one quirk about them that gets them recruited into an organization that specializes in fighting monsters and they learn to develop unique techniques to fight
these 2 arevery interesting anime with an aazing story i loved both so much, i really recommend these two!
just is mate aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
they both have mc's that are related in some way to demons, and fight them for the well-being of those around them.
Both such amazing animes! Art styles are so good and you just fall in love with the charcters.
THe animation in both shows is great. The storyline is very engaging and if you like action with a bit of comedy then they are the best fit.
Although these two series are in different settings/time periods, both of them have a certain organization of people who deal with supernatural monsters most don't see or know about in society. The main characters are young teens who are thrown into that world through their circumstances and decide to become stronger to overcome their obstacles to the goal they strive for. Well, Jujutsu Kaisen and Demon Slayer are also both awesome/very interesting new series. Try them out if you're interested or it's in your genre.
They both deal with the supernatural, are action-packed and more violent and disturbing than your typical Shonen Jump anime. Both have demon aspects and dark vibes.
Both deal with an organization of teens who are tasked with fight the ethereal creatures in their world. Both main characters are very kind and pure-hearted. They are both taking on a sacred mission that brings them a lot of trouble and despair but they have their a great group of comrads and friends to help out.
Amazing! They are both about students learning and practising new skills and fighting different kinds of "demons". They are both shoujo with kinda same MC and lot of action .Both have amazing graphics, plot and lot of more.
both MCs are suddenly exposed to a dark world of demons and curses and dragged into it
both of them start training from scratch and prove to be powrefull and quick learners
both of them has overpowered characters that will train the main character
both characters will meet new friends each with thier own back story and get really close and work together
both characters has something causing people around them to be suspicious of them and even want them dead but there are people around them who belive in them
these two shounen anime are really good and they're entertaining. my little 7 year old sister enjoyed them both and is in love with inosuke hehe
They both have a storyline where the main character (s) go about killing non human things. Curses in Jujutsu Kaisen and Demons in Demon Slayer.
well they're both good. i dont feel like writing a whole paragraph but i liked them both so you might too.
They both have amazing animation, are hilarious, have a creepy feel sometimes, and come from Shonen Jump. If you like one, you'll most likely like the other.
yes . both of those have the best anime animation / quality ive ever seen and those are top level anime and not to long and still going like not finished
Both are anime about fighting demon or evil spirit. Jujutsu is more towards using spells and special skills while kimetsu is more towards sword fight.
Both show really good animation. The main characters are dragged into a world they didn't know of before because of a tragedy or because they didn't have a choice. You can see them flourish and make friends along the way.
yep yep. they both are the best. like the fights, the characters, the background settings, story plot EVERYTHING is a 5 star!! they both are totally worth watching and if you love one of them, you will love the another one too!! its garanteed!!
both have epic battles, somewhat creepy bad guys, VERY pretty animation, and great characters.
its somewhat similar and i really like the plot of both animes
again those who cant handle blood i advise you to be careful because ther is for sure blood in both shows
Both JJK and Demon Slayer are action packed, the main character is a warm hearted teenage boy and the atmosphere is dark, tinted with the colorful character designs. Let's not forget about the demonic creatures that have to be defeated.
The difference is the age they take place in, though the misticism implied in both of the stories ties it up nicely.
Both anime are members of relatively recent generation of manga-based shounen. Protagonist of both of these anime is kindhearted boy in his teens, who fights some sort of demon-like monsters in order to help people around them, whether friends or strangers.
A member of main crew in both anime has been "corrupted" and became a "demon" without turing "evil", what is the reason why the demon-fighting organisation initially wanted to kill them, and this event was the beginning of the story (in case of Jujutsu Kaisen it was protagonist Yuji, in case of Kimetsu no Yaiba it was deuteragonist Nezuko).
All this makes me thinks that both of these anime were influenced by Bleach.
The main differences are that Jujutsu takes place in modern Japan (what can be again influence of Bleach), while Kimetsu takes place in Taisho Era Japan (early 20th century, around WW1)... However characters in Kimetsu usually use swords to fight, what might be another influence of Bleach.
I watched and liked both though I liked JJK better ahem. The MCs's personalitys are kind of different, but plot and setting sort of...I don't know. They just felt very similair, and if you liked one, youw would def like the other.
Ambos animes se desarrollan en un mundo con demonios que amenazan a la humanidad, los personajes principales de los dos se ven impulsados por ayudar a los demás son empáticos y tienen personas que los guían y los acompañan en su misión de erradicar demonios.
Both anime take place in a world with demons that threaten humanity, the main characters of the two are driven to help others are empathetic and have people who guide and accompany them in their mission to eradicate demons.
They are simallar shows where someone get turned into a demon and it becomes pivtol the story.
They're in the same genre, they're both fairly revent, and they're both really, really good. Shonen, supernatural, action, male lead is a teenager who is inexplicably strong goes out to tearn monster hunting and goes through massive emotional events. High production quality, excellent music, exciting story.
Also, if you're like me and you've read so much weird porn that you now get off on watching anime fight scenes, I cannot reccommend these anime enough, especially Jujutsu Kaisen. The monsters in both anime exhibit both sadistic, manaical tendencies and the ability to hold intelligent, emotionally wrenching conversations that tickle my horny brain just right.
Rin Okumura is a seemingly ordinary boy living at the Southern Cross Boys' Monastery. One day, however, Rin encounters a boy who has been possessed by a demon. Amidst the struggle, he not only awakens latent powers sealed within him, but also learns that he is the son of Satan! No longer able to stay under the protection of the church and with his very existence straddling the line between human and demon, Rin decides to fight against his parentage and joins the True Cross Order as an exorcist. Now, the teen must attend the True Cross Academy and begin special exorcist training alongside his new comrades all while keeping his identity a secret; but can the son of Satan really become a true exorcist?
If you liked Blue Exorcist or Jujutsu Kaisen, you'd probably like the other because both sort of take place in a school setting, both involve exorcists, and both have demonic protagonists who are trying to kill the king of demons/curses.
Both end up having a demon/curse powers in different ways but still both can be dangerous if they are unable to keep the power in check. One was born with it but did not know anything about their powers till years later where the other inteionally gained powers to save his friends.
jujutsu kaisen is exactly like blue exorcist but better. i never quite enjoyed blue exorcist but for some reason, jujutsu kaisen is just that anime.
Jujutsu Kaisen has a similar feel as Blue Exorcist. If you like one, there's a possibility you might like the other. I watched Blue Exorcist and enjoyed it but I personally like Jujustsu Kaisen better although both are good.
main character nice but super powerful guy ends up having something demon-y enough inside of him to be useful and also the target for everyone else's death wishes.
I am describing both of my favorites in the same sentence.
it's basically the same concept, main dude who's a bit of a troublemaker and gets into fights and such who obtains an op demonic power and attends a 'school' to learn how to control it / fight against the power. in jujutsu it's an evil curse with sorcerers, and in blue exorcist it's the demon king and exorcists! i also enjoy both main characters, they have similar personalities in that they're both silly and have big mouths lol. i'd reccomend the manga, though, for blue exoricst if you want the whole story since the anime cuts out A LOT, but i get it reading can be a struggle lol. i enjoyed the anime too :P
They're both about a kid getting supernatural powers and going to supernatural powers school. Lots of dark stuff, but the main character's a good guy.
The plot of both anime's is VERY similar and it has really funny parts just like this one. An added bonus is that Blue Exorcist has a second season and it is either on here or on Netflix.
Both take place in a school and things with curses and devils. The main character goes through a lot as well.
You will like this one bc of the Magic, humor, great battles and ofc Supernatural!
they give off the same vibes to me and they both have a good story with lovable characters. rin and itadori give me polar opposite vibes but i love them both.
Very similar idea of the main character being half of something despised by both sides, demons/curses and people. The main charcters both strive to prove that they can do good, and both face training and a sort of school. Definetly check out either one you haven't seen.
these shows have the exact same energy and I love them. both are a couple of my favorites
I def thought the main chars were similar tbh. The side chars are also similar in a sense even thought the plot is diffrent its really the same genere so i recommend both
Both are shounens, typical ones to say the least and both follow a sort of "just got my superpower and i'm overpowered but have to keep my power hidden" trope. Both protagonists are similar in htat they're typical shounen protagonists, and I'd definetely give the other a watch if you liked any of them
Yato, the supposed God of Calamity, is so far down on the Shinto totem pole that he doesn't even have any followers or a shrine to call his own and has to do odd jobs to make ends meet. Worst of all, his aloof and somewhat goofy personality has just cost him his newest partner and best holy weapon. When the down-on-his-luck Yato is saved by an unfortunate soul called Hiyori, he's forced to take on a brand new job - to turn her back into a human and fix her supernatural out-of-body experiences! Can Yato, a Regalia-less, miserly minor god, even attempt such a tall order? And is there more to him than his ridiculousness lets on?
Normal students become involved in supernatural incidents after accidently coming in contact with the dark energy of the spirit world. Using their own unique powers, they end up assisting a motley crew of other supernaturally gifted friends to fight growing darkness.
Jujutsu Kaisen and Noragami are both stories about demons needing to be exorcised. These stories are about the people that work to exorcise them while putting themselves in danger to destroy the demons that humans create. Both stories have very lovable characters and great animation and tell very moving stories.
They have the same type of world. Each main character goes around killing evil spirits/demons/monsters using some type of sacred/cursed weapon. There is a common form of comedy as well.
Both these animes deal with some supernatural curses and are surrounded by the theme of exorcising them with special weapons or powers. Both the curses from these animes are formed from leaks of human emotions. Though Norgami is based on Gods exorcising these curses instead of sorcerers and the characters are different, the idea of the animes are very similar.
This isn't as close a match as Parasyte or Demon Slayer but it deals with Japanese cosmology and society of otherworldly beings mixing with the mundane. There's a lot of humor and heart just like JJK. The animation is quite gorgeous just like JJK. The main characters both have a bit of manic energy but their temperaments are very different.
both are action shows with supernatural elements that are fun to watch and make you laugh every now and then.
If you like the concept of spirits and sorcery related fights, this is a good recomendation because both of these anime revolve around this kind of idea
They have similar concepts about godly powers and beings and also both have comedy involved in the drama. If you like one, you'll probably like the other:)
They are both insanely similar, gods fighting demon like things.
highly recommend if you love either one of these animes.
Both shows have very similar features and if you enjoy one, you'll be sure to enjoy the other. Both fight off big creatures and have amazing developed characters. Highly recommend both!
In secret, alien parasites drift downwards toward Earth. Their directive: to take control of a human body and thrive in secret. When a parasite attempts to take over Shinji, an ordinary high school student, he stops it in his arm to save his mind. With the strange power of amorphous muscle, the curious parasite strikes an uneasy truce with Shinji: it will keep him alive and strong so that it may continue living, and will help protect him from the other parasites that might not take kindly to Shinji's mind still actively working. Can Shinji gain the courage to face the parasites and protect humanity? And would it even make a difference if he did?
Both series revolve around the main character being possessed/altered by another being that they have to control and maintain
Both main characters have another being sharing their bodies and both are pretty gory
Both main characters have been possessed/altered by another being that they must keep in control and want to protect those around them from other beings.
Both series feature a protagonist whose body is taken over by something inhuman. These creatures' mouths and eyeballs appear on the protagonist's bodies, which is just one of many gory elements in both shows.
Both series feature the main character sharing a their body with an inhuman creature, that said creature grants the main character with special abilities.
Both also have elements of body horror and just gore in general.
Both include supernatural themes as well as action packed scenes. Very similar bodily experiences although they follow fairly different plotlines.
As has been said, it deals with a main character dealing with a being living within their body that is hostile to them. This is the scifi equivalent to the supernatural Jujutsu Kaisen. The story has a lot of suspense and action as well.
While the storyline and tone are very different, Parasyte -the maxim- and Jujutsu Kaisen both have the main protagonist go through a big change. The art styles are slightly alike due to a shared character designer as well. Both have great animation and music as well!
Izuku has dreamt of being a hero all his life—a lofty goal for anyone, but especially challenging for a kid with no superpowers. That’s right, in a world where eighty percent of the population has some kind of super-powered “quirk,” Izuku was unlucky enough to be born completely normal. But that’s not going to stop him from enrolling in one of the world’s most prestigious hero academies. Now, the only thing standing between him and his first class is the academy’s formidable entrance exam—nothing a little private tutoring from the world’s mightiest hero can’t solve.
(my hero academia as a franchise not only season one)
ok, hear me out:
JJK IS THE BEST ANIME EVERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR (ALONG WITH DEATH NOTE) RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
I don't really know why, but when I saw these two shows together, I thought "that kinda works actually" so I am recommending them
Both protagonists are at a school and encounter this villain organization that they continue to have fights with throughout the season. Both protagonists also continue to level up through the help of mentors and upperclassmen.
both are really good and has a lot of action that with all the friendships bonds that you can get
Gives somewhat the same vibes as My hero academia, Sukuna's finger felt same as All might's hair. Both the animes are worth watching.
jujutsu kaisen is a fantasy kind of anime, and so is mha, moreover both have similar starting plots and both take action in a sort of highschool.
Both of the main characters gain powers by eating something weird so they can help others when they need to be saved.
Fifteen-year-old Ichigo Kurosaki is a typical teen with fighting skills, two caring sisters and a special trait: he can see ghosts. However, when Ichigo and his family find themselves under attack by a huge beast, Ichigo discovers that there’s more to the supernatural world than the everyday specter. Vengeful spirits known as Hollows roam the world in search of devouring souls, and Shinigami – soul reapers – work tirelessly to defeat them and guide normal ghosts into a place called Soul Society. Ichigo valiantly fights the Hollow that threatens his sisters, but on the verge of defeat a Shinigami named Rukia gives him her powers, turning him into a Shinigami himself. Ichigo must now adjust to his new life of both vanquishing and saving souls for the sake of Soul Society.
ok nobody has to disagree this is too much similar to bleach . The fact that he is a highschool student , the monsters remind us of hollows , the fact that he can see them and not the others , ichigo hollow etc... well well
Itadori's character really reminds me of Ichigo Kurosaki. Also the fact that they both have someone inside them.
Both are very similar supernatural animes where the protagonists joins a group that fights demon like monsters, that only members of the group can see.
Jujutsu was inspired by bleach so why not check that out? In bleach Hollows represent Curses. And the whole Bleach is just amazing. Mc, side characters
if you're looking for an anime that surround a weak to strong guy, someone that didn't ask for what he was handed, but got it anyways and a situation where there's two versions, then look no further. each contain magic, weapon usage to battle against an enemy that only a select few can see, with moments of comedy, action, drama and even romance.
They both have this demon inside of the main characters, which is just how both are similar and have some kind of the same plot
havent watched bleach but i know it was a big inspiration for jujutsu kaisen so im sure jjk viewers would like bleach as well
In modern day Tokyo, society lives in fear of Ghouls: mysterious creatures who look exactly like humans -- yet hunger insatiably for their flesh. None of this matters to Ken Kaneki, a bookish and ordinary young man, until a dark and violent encounter turns him into the first ever Ghoul-human half breed. Trapped between two worlds, Ken must survive the violent conflicts of warring Ghoul factions, while attempting to learn more about Ghoul society, his newfound powers, and the fine line between man and monster.
Both series revolve around the main character being possessed/gaining spiritual abilities that they must control and maintain
Both series feature a protagonist who gains the abilities of an inhuman being (cursed spirits in Jujutsu Kaisen, ghouls in Tokyo Ghoul) and uses those powers to fight against those very same creatures.
Both series revolve around the main character being turned into or possessed by an inhuman being. They use the abilities gained from that to fight against the cursed spirits (Jujutsu Kaisen) and other ghouls (Tokyo Ghoul).
They just... match. It's hard to explain.
Tokyo Ghoul is by far one of my favorite animes, and jujutsu kaisen is amazing so, it just works.
Has similar dynamics such as the supernatural and plotline aspects. Involves MC gaining/finding their power Both have humorous tones although they follow a serious man vs self conflict. TW for Tokyo Ghoul as it has themes of torture and death. Both are in the action genre so extreme violence is included.
Over a century ago, mankind was devoured by giant beings of unknown intelligence and origin known as Titans – creatures that eat humans alive indiscriminately and for no apparent reason. The remaining population has managed to survive the last hundred years only by building a multi-walled city capable of keeping the Titans at bay, training military recruits to patrol the perimeter and gather intelligence about their mysterious foe. Eren and Mikasa have lived a relatively peaceful life behind the city's walls, but when a massive Titan appears, smashing the outer barrier and unleashing a wave of terror, their lives are brutally changed forever...
Both series feature a protagonist who gains the abilities of an inhuman being (cursed spirits in Jujutsu Kaisen, titans in Attack On Titan), and uses those powers to fight against those very same creatures.
Both of these has when the protagonists end up with the inhuman powers that they use to fight the same beings. In AoT everyone knows about the titans where in Jujutsu Kaisen, Only some people knows about the curses.
Attack on titan is very similar to Jujutsu Kaisen in terms of main plot. Except in Attack on titan instead of curses there are titans. I have watched Attack on titan and jujutsu kaisen and absolutley LOVE both of them
both have strong willed main characters. both being cursed with some kind of thing. I don't want to go into too much detail but they are both amazing shows!
Same animation style. Similar vibes. There both an anime. There both good. But yes you are quite good looking,But yes you are quite good looking,But yes you are quite good looking,But yes you are quite good looking,But yes you are quite good looking,But yes you are quite good looking,But yes you are quite good looking,But yes you are quite good looking.

Join Naruto, Sakura, new friends and the rest of the old gang as the action heats up with new techniques and stronger enemies.
They both have a teenage boy who is the vessel of a evil/demonic being.
They both have a teacher with hidden eyes and white hair.
They both have trio of main protaganists too
The similarities in the main team just can't be overlooked! They both have some interesting and intelligent fight scenes.
They are both really good and unique! They both have a powerfully team you love, great characters, and just watch them if you haven't!!
this anime is under rated people watch it and tbh i only see people watch it on tik tok its very cool and stuff but its weird think of blue exocist
Kicked out of his orphanage and on the verge of starving to death, Nakajima Atsushi meets some strange men. One of them, Dazai Osamu, is a suicidal man attempting to drown himself in broad daylight. The other, bespectacled Kunikida Doppo, nervously stands by flipping through a notepad. Both are members of the "Armed Detective Agency" said to solve incidents that even the military and police won't touch. Atsushi ends up accompanying them on a mission to eliminate a man-eating tiger that's been terrorizing the population... In the virtual city of Yokohama are individuals bearing the name of Bungo, "literary masters," who possess unusual powers likened to that name. Now begins the battle between the mysterious Bungo powers!
Has similar dynamics such as the supernatural and plotline aspects. Involves MC gaining/finding their power although one is based in a detective agency and the other enters the schooling scene. Both have humorous tones although they follow a serious man vs self conflict. TW for Bungou stray dogs as it has suicide/abuse themes. Both are in the action genre so violence and death is included.
They both have that great comedy-action mix that's really enjoyable to watch (at least for me), and complex characters with emotional backstories that manage to get you every time.
Thank me later -w- and now for the 100 character preview ........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................ boop
the balance of comedy and action is very similar. the detective agency is similar to jujutsu high. not to mention how dazai and gojou share the same brain cell
If you are a fan of characters, you would be pleased to know that both of these have a selfless teenager and a comedic mentor. Plus there's alot of fighting too.
