Both are about gangsters with powers and both has a pretty good story, interesting and different powers and great characters although Bungou stray Dogs focusses more on mysteries and situations rather then new and creative enemy ability and equally creative ways to defeat said enemy, and both shows uses the "Villain of the week" trope.
