This OVA is a complete mess. The main characters, who were already fairly uninteresting and unoriginal, are suddenly replaced by two unrelated characters who have had little presence in the story until chapter 4. Interestingly, these two characters end up being more engaging and intriguing than the original main characters. The ending is also abrupt, leaving no resolution for any of the other characters. It's unclear if there were plans for more episodes, but it certainly doesn't seem that way. The character designs are a strange combination of the creator's style and something else, and the clothing, machines, and guns all seem to be heavily influenced by low-quality American action cartoons. The music is also terrible, a poor imitation of the worst American cartoon music. The animation is subpar and looks like it was outsourced to a low-cost East Asian studio, much like many of the trashy American shows. Avoid this OVA at all costs.
