Both are BL/shounen-ai/yaoi OVAs that are 2 episodes long.  Also, both anime involve yakuza.  They are also both cute and funny.  If you like one, you will probably like the other.

Both of these animes involve shounen-ai/yaoi. They also prove that once you have made up your mind just stick with it and things will work them selves out in the end. Both of these animes also involve gang vilence in some way. So if you liked one you should like the other.

Both are excellent examples of the Yaoi Genre. They both have sex scenes, though not overly explict.

In addition, they both have a reluctant/resistant (at first) love interest, and a confident and unrelenting pursuer.

The art styles are also very similar. Not sure if its because they were by the same studio (Because I don't know!) But if the style was one of the things you particularly enjoyed about one, then it's likely something you'll enjoy in the other.

Romance and man-love aside, I find these two OVAs to have a similar sense of humor that would appeal to the same audiences. If you liked one then be sure to check out the other!

Both are very romantic. The couples in both of them are shown in the period they all in love. Ofcourse, in both of them, it's not without a struggle. If you're into the romantic aspect of one of them, you will surely like the other one. The amount of mature scenes are about the same too.
