Both series feature an adorable orphaned little girl being raised by an unlikely single father figure. While Somali's forest golem father is more stotic than Latina's adopted father Dale, they both care deeply for their daughters and will do anything to protect them. Somali and Latina have a lot of similarities - they're both cute, innocent, view the world through their own precarious eyes, come from tragic backgrounds, and have a weakness for cats.
Both have the same feeling. Both have a girl follow an adopted dated. Both the guy is trying to find out more about the girl. The only difference is the It's for My Daughter and the other is that one you don't have anyone who will actively try to eat her if they find out her breed.
Only two episodes into Somali and it's clear that the two shows are very similar. Both center around finding an abandoned girl and raising her as if she were your own. Both focus on not only the relationship between the two main characters, but also in establishing and explore the fantasy worlds they live in. Somali seems to have a much clearer greater narrative whereas Demon Daughter was much more character-focused. But both are so freaking adorable that if you liked one, you'll surely like the other!

Both anime have the same vibes s a father figure caring for his daughter and both are wholesome and also emotional
If Latina and Tsumugi ever meet, I guarantee that they will become instant BFFs. Both these series show the two young ladies viewing their respecive worlds through their innocent and precarious eyes, while their fathers work and sacrifice to make their lives easier as they deal with the trials and pangs of single parenthood.
As for shows that made my heart feel good and healed my soul, both of these fit the bill. Adorable father-daughter bonding, supremely wholesome, with classic funny moments that just make you laugh out loud no matter your mood before watching.

Both are fantasy land based anime surrounding an overpowered main character taking care of a kid (kids) they met. My Daughter anime is like level 1 in terms of overal quality and story and Death March would be around level 3. The opposite can be said when it comes to Moe or overall kawaiiness
