Psychic Wars has pretty much the same amount of ridiculous tomfoolery that Harmagedon has, including glowing people, random superpowers, and ridiculous villains. However, it's also so bad it's hilarious, unlike Harmagedon which is just BAD.

Dark Myth and Harmagedon are both horrible 80s titles with a gritty feel and a confusing, bizarre story. They come from the same era as well; it's likely if you liked one you'd like the other.

I think these two should have switched places with the length as Harmagedon was way too long and Cosmo wasn't long enough. If you like older anime that deal with telepathic powers and interesting main characters check both of these anime out.
