I love, love, LOVE this anime so much. I really enjoyed watching it due to the fact that it was funny and has an amazing storyline. Character development and progression is huge in this anime, and everything is potrayed well. One of the best sports anime I have watched for sure.

I like Haikyuu!! a lot but my only real issue with it is something prevelant in virtually all of the sports anime I have watched. Nothing really surprises me. There are drawn out ties/deuces, narrow defeats and victories, etc. Haikyuu definitely makes up for this through occasional surprises and curveballs, alongside the characters' practices and development both as a team and as individuals. Overall it is a fun watch if you are looking for something pretty easy and carefree or if you just like volleyball.
