This movie (the first of the 6) is basically the 1st and the 2nd episode of the 3rd season of 12 episodes (6 movies x 47 minutes) and  its a good start, very direct and straight into action! It also introduce new characters being both allies and enemies. I think that it is rated a bit too high but its the sequel of an anime that made a lot of people love tanks and this type of anime, i am guilty too!
