Since there is no synopsis here is one:

In classrooms after school, in the gymnasium at night, in empty toilets... everyone has heard rumors about them at least once, and they are still talked about even today. Rumors such as Kuchisake Onna, Hanako-san, and the Purple Mirror change over time, but these scary and interesting stories are always of interest to children. This work is a collection of reader submissions from the fortune-telling magazine "My Birthday", which is popular among elementary and junior high school students, and is an animation and live-action film of selected frightening experiences set in schools. It's scary but you can't help but watch it, everyone has had a similar experience at least once, and it's hard to believe but it really happened, the definitive omnibus horror of fear and horror! *The episodes recorded in this work are visualized based on the frightening experiences of readers submitted to "My Birthday", and all have been read.

[Stories]

●“Forgotten Notes” (Anime) A female student who was diligently practicing her abacus dies in an accident before taking the exam! What was the terrifying incident that the school janitor experienced?

●"Batting Ghost'' (anime) A person wearing a baseball club uniform is swinging by himself in the schoolyard at night. But when I looked back, there was no one there...

●“Cursed Summer Camp” (Anime) During the summer club training camp. In the middle of the night, with the sound of a rattling wheelchair, a nurse appears and chases after me...!

●"School Trip Night" (Anime) Yukari and her friends are separated from everyone else and sent to a separate room at an inn. What did Yukari see outside the window that night? ?

●"Hanako-san'' (anime) The door at the far end of the women's toilet. When I called Hanako-san's name and knocked, I heard her knocking back even though no one was supposed to be there.

●"Red Eyes'' Eri and her friends hide in the science room as a prank. When I turned off the light, the door suddenly rattled and the outside turned into a gray pampas grass field. And the injured fallen warriors...!

Well, from what I gathered on Japanese sites, the information on this page is incorrect. The runtime is 48 minutes, consisting of 6 stories, each 8 minutes long. The listed running date from 1995 to 1997 covers three parts or the entire series, but this particular entry is only a part of it. The live-action segments won't be found on Western sites. This OVA comprises some (not all) stories from the series presented in anime form; the rest seems to be unavailable, possibly appearing in 'Shin Gakou no Yuurei,' but I can't confirm that.

As for the OVA itself, the stories are what they are; don't expect too much. The animation is average, but there are a few redeeming qualities scattered throughout. The character design is mediocre. Overall, I'd recommend this if you're simply seeking short stories; otherwise, it's forgettable.
