Shy Misuzu Moritani is a totally average girl — except for her totally out-of-this-world ability to stop time for three minutes a day! Most people are affected by her power, but Misuzu soon learns her abilities have no effect on her school’s idol, Haruka Murakami, when she’s caught sneaking a peek under her skirt. Against all odds, a relationship blossoms from this compromising situation, one as poignant and as fleeting as the three minutes Misuzu spends each day in frozen time.

Potential spoilers? The very slightly explicit scenes (it's just underwear) are more there to serve the story, they don't look like fan-service, which I liked. This film is ultimately about the pressure to be liked socially, explored through these girls getting to know each other, mostly during the time-freezes rather than on dates, though there are times when they hang out outside the time-freezes. One girl runs away from social interaction and doesn't make friends and the other is friends with everyone by doing whatever people expect from her and not knowing her own wants.

(Not english native and light spoiler) Story more axes on their love story than the supernatural (travel time). For just 1 hour movie, it was pretty great. I was really moved by their relationship getting really deeper and really emotional. The story also tells a problems we may have been be confronted once: the feeling of wearing a mask. Animation is good. I like the author's style in the manga so not disappointed by the animation. I was personally charmed by Murakami's charm. If the animation was more developed, could be easily one of my favorite character. Moritani also has this plot twist of personality. I admire her a lot for outstanding at the end. I liked how the confronted at the end. My favorite part of the movie.

Eeeehhh not really much of a plot in this anime. its only an hour long, the plot wasn't developed. Mild yuri scenes included. A girl who can stop time and joins her the girls she loves to find out more about her. wouldn't watch again, 4/10. Can't say much about the soundtrack. Nothing amazing about the anime.
