Both of these titles are extremely similar. They're both short-form anime done with CGI animation and "live" voice acting. Their repetative episodes, not to mention the general layout of each episode, is very similar, even having an educational segment (characters in both are trying to learn more about the human world). If you somehow enjoyed one, you'd probably enjoy the other as well.

While Forest Fairy Five is designed for girls, and Men's Party for boys, I think fans of one could enjoy the other. They have a similar humor to them, they're both short, and they each include half-scripted half-unscripted scenes in them. They both also attempt to have a story, although it's subtle.

Both of these are weird low budget CGI anime about girls who participate in weird 'skits' instead of a storyline. They use a similar style of dialogue, where the lines are recorded as if the actors barely had a script and improvise dialogue. They're very 'off the rails' and use 'randomness' as a main component of their humor. If you liked the comedy of one, I suggest trying out the other. The biggest difference is Forest Fairy Five is for kids, while Virtual-san uses references to adult content.
