Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn feels like an hour long trailer with nothing particularly amazing or interesting happening. Maybe that's what it's supposed to be, since an anime television series adaptation was announced. Personally I've never been much of a fan of the Fate series, but I did enjoy Unlimited Blade Works. The animation in Fate is always good, even if I'm not a fan of the characters, plot, or takes on mythology. However, Whispers of Dawn was mostly confusing with a quite a few characters half-introduced some of which are probably important in the future series and some of which died right away. There were some scenes with nice art, but not as many as I'd hoped and no real fight scenes.
Just straight hot flames, el Diego! This is an long trailer to show what animation their going for and where they are taking the stories. All I can say is, "THIS SHIT IS FIRE"
I only have knowledge about the manga and, I can say that it's a fantastic adaptation! Somehow everything was just like wanted it to be! Since is now confirmed that Fate/Strange Fake will be a whole animation this completes it's job as an early chapter 0. All the servants were introduced and they gave us more than enough clues for later although, just like in the manga, everything remains a mystery. I am very happy with the result, super exited for the anime!
