It contains many funny moments and of course a wondeful story about two male lovers ;) Gravitation is not about two work partners this time it's two induvidual persons that are not alike in any way. I'm sure you gonna love Gravitation if you liked FAKE

With both romantic trifles and wacky, exagerrated humour in these two titles, it would be a pity to miss one if you liked the other. Both Fake and Gravitation can shift from a serious scene to a humourous outburst instantly (and vice versa), but both do it well and in a positive fashion. The relationships between the characters are the focus of these two stories, with events around them mostly serving either to aid or impede this.

Though I hate to recommend two shounen-ai shows just because, each of these features a humorous look at relationship between men, and an amusing story to boot.

Although perhaps a slightly cliché recommendation, it is easy to identify some key relations between the two series. Both focus on shounen-ai (boy's love), with similar characters and amusing supporting roles. As far as the story goes, both contain many light hearted, wacky and humourous moments, along with a more serious (sometimes darker) plot to hold it all together.

Shounen-ai is an increasingly popular genre, and the increasing number of titles make it hard to choose the best. For me, Gravitation and Fake fall far from the mark, and are distinctly average, but I can see why so many people do like it.

Following a tried and tested character list, there are many parallels to be drawn between the two shows and how each of the bishounen males act towards each other. If you like your shounen-ai very tame, then you are sure to enjoy both of these shows!

If you like bishounen romance and cute guys you should check out Zetsuai. Zetsuai is more serious than FAKE and doesn't have that much funny moments in it. It's more a sad story of two lovers. I truly recommend it if you liked FAKE.

Fake and Zetsuai both deal with the problems that arise from a romantic relationship between two men. Fake is light hearted with a thriller related plot while Zetsuai is much visceral and dark, fans of one should be interested in the other, though.

While my primary reason for recommending Fake and Zetsuai is because they are both shounen-ai, there's more to it than that. Both anime focus on relationships between men rather than a man and a boy (o a man who looks like a boy). They also show more of the troubles of entering into a relaionship with a member of the same gender. If you enjoyed one, then try the other.

The main characters of both Fake and Yami no Matsuei are detectives who happen upon cases that sometimes affect them more than they would have liked. Although Fake doesn't have as much of a bombastic element as Yami no Matsuei, both series place their focus on the relationships between the characters and the problems that arise between them, rather than on the case they are working on.

Both Fake and Yami no Matsuei are shounen ai with a good plot, and that is not very common. It is, however, hard to compare them since Fake is a movie based on a story that happens in the middle of the manga storyline. Yami no is several episodes and gives more time for character development.

These two classic shounen-ai anime each follow the escapades of a poorly-matched detective pair, but in many ways they couldn't be more different. Firstly, while the team of 'Yami no Matsuei' are all long-dead, the dynamic duo of 'Fake' are only on holiday. ("In England, nobody can hear you scream!") Whilst the story of 'Fake' is extremely lighthearted, 'Yami no Matsuei' sometimes delves into deeper themes of death and psychological trauma, but both undoubtedly have their moments of high comedy. 'Fake' devotes more screen time to exploring the relationships between its main cast, while 'Yami no Matsuei' remains coy and playful, mostly keeping relationships as gently implied comedic material. This is partly due to the time constraints of both; 'Fake' barely even clocks in at an hour in length, but the fact remains that it is more relationship-focused than 'Yami no Matsuei', which tends to feature more action and suspense than the rather silly story of 'Fake'. In any case, despite being a little dated, both are light-hearted takes on the genre which can't fail to bring a smile to your face.

Though both of these are shounen-ai, both also are focused on fairly humorous situations about romance and love. Check it out.

These OVAs cover the same ground in that they are fairly humorous takes on shounen-ai romance. Plot-wise they are not similiar, Fake's plot includes a murder investigation while Gravitation deals with the music business; but anyone who enjoyed the relationship between characters and the wacky comedy of one is bound to enjoy the other.

Fruits Basket is not a mystery by any means, nor does it deal with homosexuality. However! The humor is very much alike and made me laugh out loud, just like most parts of Fake. This kind of humor is rare, I think, and so I definitely think you'd enjoy Fruits Basket as well.

While St. Luminous doesn't have blazing homosexuality, it does have a very large focus on a mystery which has overtaken the school. Much lighter on the comedy as well, but I thought of this while watching Fake. I do think if you liked Fake for all the reasons besides the two guy thing, you might enjoy this.

This is another bishounen anime. Earthian doesn't deal with any polices though ;P . This time the story deals with two angels trying to investigate Earthians. Earthian is not so much of an yaoi anime as Earthian, but I still think you should check it out cause it defenitly got the love of two angels, even though angels are said not to have a specific sex I can tell those two are guys...;P

Like Fake, Song of Wind and Trees is an animation of a classic yaoi manga. If that is what you are looking for, you need to see both.

Fake and Lesson XX revolve around the growing romantic entanglement of two male leads. Fake has plenty of comedy and is action-packed, while Lesson XX can be described as shounen-ai, slice of life, and is spiced with romance. Both deal with the conflicts of same gender relationships and the occasionally thin line between lust and love.

Both Fake and Tokyo Babylon center around detectives. Unfortunately, Tokyo Babylon's 2 OVA episodes don't make much sense without knowing the characters, while Fake's movie is much more newb-friendly. Both are also (to different extents) centered on homosexual relationships, implied or stated.
