Fairies (Fairy Gone) and Stands (JJBA) are very similar supernatural powers and are visual manifestation of the User's fighting spirit. Fairy Gone isn’t a Shonen like JJBA but both are action packed. You can tell that Fairy Gone although a different setting and period is inspired by JJBA.
I immediately thought to JJBA while watching the first episode. Obviously, the story and context are different, but they're both filled with action and spirit-based abilities.
The other 2 basically said it all. Both used some supernatural spirit thing that comes out of their body that they can control And each is different from one another

Because they are both an action-oriented, somewhat political, post-war drama, that share a similar premise and setting.
After fulfilling their role as “weapons of war”, the “Fairy soldiers" (Fairy Gone) and “Incarnates” (Abandoned Sacred Beasts) must now adapt to living a peaceful life in society, or be hunted down. Both shows feature a male and female duo that go around and investigate disturbances caused by the former soldiers. These soldiers have a supernatural ability to summon/become monsters; which in turn creates conflict among society.
Both are anime about stories after war. Both having soilder that are experimented to become weapon(fairy and beast). The soilders are finding their new way of living after war.
Both stories involve experiments between humans and monsters to win a war. Both lead characters take government jobs essentially hunting down and bringing these human monsters to justice for crimes after the war was over. Lewd characters in both stories run into adversaries who are also old acquaintances. The stories are essentially very similar. One of the major characters uses a rifle in both anime or at least mainly at first. Both stories deal with drama, trauma, and painful experiences from the war that some characters can't let go without consequences to the perpetrators.
The first Ajin appeared 17 years ago and quickly became the most important discovery to mankind. While they appear to be human, Ajin are rare, immortal beings that are feared by the populace. Only 46 are known to exist in the world, and most try to hide their existence, for capture means being subjected to brutal experiments that never end. Kei Nagai is a boy who dreams of becoming a doctor to heal his sister one day, but after he dies - and revives - in a car accident, he learns the terrifying truth that he too is an Ajin. Now, Kei finds himself on the run from both human and Ajin monsters that wish to do him harm, while struggling with his new, unwanted identity.

The main element that these two shows share is the siimilar power that the main characters have, which is being able to summon monsters to control in order to do the fighting for them.
In both of the shows, the monsters are animated with CGI, yet Ajin has its whole animation done by CGI while in Fairy Gone this is only present in the "fairy" designs.
The settings are quite different from one another as Fairy Gone is set in a European-like country while Ajin just takes place in present Japan, yet the two shows emphasize the challenges that the characters that are able to control these monsters have to face in order to fit in their respective society.
Both involve giant shadowy beasts that are always with the user but mostly stay invisible. Though there's a a hint or element of magic in their existence, most fighting is melee oriented. Both stories feature major characters that newly acquired this special ability. Though the circumstances, reasons, and methods were different, both anime involves human and monster experimentation and modification. Both styles of anime are visually similar and are not far different to when they were made. The atmosphere in both are comparably grim though for different yet somewhat similar reasons aka: terrorism for Ajin; and the after math of war for fairy gone. Fairy gone feels slightly more easy going and hopeful than Ajin.
