Capri is a robot coming from the future to accomplish a secret but important mission. Capri comes across Scott and gives him a magic watch that transforms him into Electro Boy - a superhero with strong powers and great combat skills. To save today's world and the future, Scott and Capri must defeat Ropri, the evil robot.
