If you're looking for anime similar to Oasis: Falling Down, you might like these titles.
Cat Soup is an extremely abstract, abnormal, and at times, disturbing adventure, from the director of Nadesico. This 30 minute OVA follows two kittens through what seems to be the underworld, as they search for one of their lost souls. Along the way, they encounter new (edible) friends, scary situations, and even the end of the world! Will these felines manage to return unscathed? Or more importantly, avoid becoming the main course for dinner? Confusion abounds in this quirky OVA.

Confusion, slightly hectic action you needn't understand to like and deep hidden meanings you only see if you know a bit about the background/the world, are what make these two shortish pieces similar. If you enjoyed one, it is likely you will also gape at the other.
The coloration and patterns (especially the use of numbers and letters as part of them) as well as angular, flashy nature, good music and lots of randomness are what join Falling Down and Super Speed together. Watchable as stand-alone music videos they do not necessarily convey any story but let you enjoy the experience, nonetheless.
The official music video for Antinotice by wowaka.
Fast-paced short anime stuffed full of symbolism for any who might look for it supporting rather good music. The animation of Antinotice is more clear-cut and overall gives out a slightly frenzied air whilst Falling Down gives more attention to detail and a smooth flow of the video.
