A Herbivorous Dragon of 5,000 Years Gets Unfairly Villainized

A Herbivorous Dragon of 5,000 Years Gets Unfairly Villainized

After 5000 years of existing peacefully in the wild, an herbivorous creature has his life turned upside down by a young girl who arrives at his cave and insists that he eat her. The local humans believe he is an evil dragon and hope presenting him with a sacrifice will persuade him to fight the Demon Lord on their behalf, but the 5000 year-old pacifist has no knowledge of demons and even less desire to wage war against them. His "sacrifice", on the other hand, is a blood-thirsty little psycho with extraordinary magic power; and a lie told to save the child's life leaves the newly-titled "evil dragon" traveling the land with her - and attempting to keep the destructive little brat from leaving a trail of blood and chaos in her wake!

Two funny shows about gentle dragons who literally cannot catch a break. Thankfully they each have a powerful magic-using companion to aid them on their adventures - when they aren't making things worse!

even from different countries these two anime focus on the hardships dragons face that they simply wish to be dragons, to live their own life the way they want to, however society has other plans for these dragons as they just can't seem to catch a break.

Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle

Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle

When Princess Syalis is abducted and taken to the demon king Twilight's castle as a hostage, neither the castle's demonic ruler nor his subjects realize the trouble they've brought upon themselves. The deceptively adorable princess is actually a holy terror who has no difficulty sneaking out of her cell, destroying property, and murdering the creatures she comes across all for the single-minded purpose of getting a perfect night's sleep. The dumb-as-rocks hero Dawner has been sent to rescue Syalis and bring her home, but his mission seems unlikely to succeed anytime soon; and in the meantime, the demons must deal with their ruthless royal prisoner constantly causing an uproar in the castle. While the princess rests in peaceful slumber, her captors may never sleep again!

If you liked Sleepy Princess in the Demon Castle or Dragon Goes Househunting, you'd like the other because both shows contain RPG elements into their story, both shows are really cute fantasy comedies, and they also both contain various species of fantasy creatures. They also both have very novel yet charming concepts!

Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill

Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill

Mukouda Tsuyoshi was nothing special in modern Japan, so when he was summoned to a world of swordplay and sorcery, he thought he was ready for the adventure of a lifetime. Too bad the kingdom that summoned him only got him by mistake! Not only was he not one of the three summoned heroes, but his stats were laughable compared to theirs. On top of that, there's something really sketchy about this kingdom... "Ah, these people are the kind to try and use the Hero," he realized, and immediately left to make his own way in this other world. The only thing Mukouda can rely on is his unique skill: the "Online Supermarket," a skill that allows him to buy modern goods in a fantasy world. It's useless for combat, but if he plays his cards right, he could lead a comfortable life, maybe? At least, that's what Mukouda thinks, but it turns out modern food bought with this skill has some absurd effects!

Both anime have very similar vibes. They are focused on meeting new people, going on adventures, and completing missions. They are both lighthearted, non-toxic anime.  I would recommend the other if you like any one of them.

It's My Life

It's My Life

One peaceful day, Astra reads in a magazine that his life as a homeowner will not be complete until he partakes in the "super exciting" experience of having a garage sale, so he decides to immediately rectify the situation by making fliers and dumping some junk to sell on the front lawn. He and Noah wait patiently for random strangers to come and buy their discarded belongings, but the only folks who show up are people (and creatures) they already know - and their customers seem more interested in causing a ruckus than buying anything. Can Astra and Noah find a way to turn things around and make their event a success?
