This anime also has same character designs and also the super strenght.
Characters became tied into Dragon Ball universe.
Most of Dr. Slump takes place before the events of the Dragon Ball,
But the Penguin Village portion of the General Blue Saga in Dragon Ball takes place before the end of Dr.Slump.
Both have ecchi humour and other smilair humour.
This anime series main character Arale can be seen in Dragon Ball when Arale and Goku briefly team up to help Goku defeat General Blue during the Red Ribbon Army storyline.

Once again same character design.
This one is more light hearted and fun. Not so much like Dragon Ball in sense of Dragon Ball being more brutal fight focused, tough training for ages and all that.
This movie is epic and cute, likeable characters heart warming ending
Dragon Quest: Legend of the Hero Abel

The story is about a teenage boy, Abel, and his best friend, Tiala. On her 16th birthday, Tiala receives a red jewel that has the power to awaken the Great Dragon. The Dragon can grant eternal life to the one who drinks its blood. Baramos, a demon from the kingdom of Estark, desires to find the stone and gain immortality. Baramos kidnaps Tiala and sets off to find the dragon's location. A village elder gives Abel a blue stone, which has the power to "seal" the dragon if it is woken. The elder imparts some advice to Abel before passing away, and Abel begins his adventure to save Tiala and defeat Baramos.

Instead of dragon balls and and having one wish to the dragon this anime has red stones to resurrect the great dragon so u can be granted eternal life.
Or atleast I think I remember it being red and not blue.
