Agumon, Lalamon & Gaomon are back but their humans have fallen under attack *cough* sleep spell. An evil digimon - Argomon - has set his sights on the human world and it’s destruction. A strange girl in danger is rescued by the trio of digimon and together they set out to take down Argomon. 21 minutes of some animation that’s even higher quality than the series but a story-line that is so passe it’s just shameful. Humans have been put to sleep. Digimon team up with a stranger who isn’t what she seems. Gaomon and Agumon have a fight about their abilities sans their humans. The entire premise of DIGIMON is the strength derived from the bond between friends and in the Digimon Season 5: Savers installment the surge of power provided by DNA charges. To have Gaomon assert that it's up to them in their rookie forms to take down a digimon capable of putting ALL humans to sleep is just ridiculous. Lalamon uses human food as a weapon instead of seed blast (or any other digimon ability) and uses a punch attack that might be an attempt to replicate Gaomon but just comes off as odd. -- Lame. Just lame.
