Two baby girls were born in the same hospital: one of them is the daughter of an aristocratic family, while the other belongs to a depraved household which lives in the slums of the city. However, the nurse-in-charge, Michiko, secretly switches the two babies due to a personal grudge, resulting in a change of fates of the girls from then on. Many years later, the lives of the two girls continue to be intertwined with each other, with the rich Miki ill-treating the poor Nozomi, yet both of them hold similar dreams to become a singer.

Santa, the drummer of CLIMB, has just left the band after finding his girlfriend in the arms of a friend. Along with Yuki, the lead guitarist, they start their own band called "Lucifer, The Fallen Angel," and set out to find new band-mates. Recruitment is not easy, however, and on a search to find a vocalist the duo runs across a promising bass guitarist and a local hotel's piano player and singer who has been wowing patrons daily. With little time to spare, can the two round up the talent they desire, or will Sakuya let his anti-social personality hold him, and his newfound band, back?

As QUARTET NIGHT and STARISH finish their last act, HEAVENS hijacks the competition, putting the other groups into a flurry of confusion. With a three-way tie, QUARTET NIGHT suggests an idea which propels these three groups to aim for a new stage, leaving HEAVENS with a need for revenge.
