Look, it's not trash, and if you can get passed the odd animation, it's okay. all in all, i definitely wouldn't wath again and probably wouldn't reccomend to others, but the manga its adapted from is pretty good. tbh though,the only character i liked was Zafar. 

I think if this had had a different producer, this anime could have truly been great. unfortunately this was not the case. 

Cestus is a slave fighting in tourniments to win his freedom.  

Historical, violent, informative, perhaps instructional content.

What else could you axe for?

The animation's a lil weird but the plot's really good. I hope they release a season 2
